The staff are friendly, professional and helpful! The room was excellent and the food at the hotel was outstanding especially the green curry Thai chicken. Good value and one of the better hotels that I have ever stayed in! Thank you Rawai Princess for making my holiday one of my best experiences ever!

Nothing special

We stayed for a week and, honestly, the hotel has nothing special. It is located in a somewhat uncomfortable area, on the main road very busy: it is difficult to reach clubs or more central areas, so without a car or scooter you are practically forced to spend a lot of money on taxis. There is a free shuttle to Nai Han Beach, but if you want to visit the other beaches you still have to rely on taxis.
The rooms are spacious, the bed is very large and comfortable, and the bathroom is large with shower and bath. A compliment definitely goes to the cleaning girls, always precise and kind.
Breakfast is rather disappointing: little variety and total absence of waiting staff to follow or assist guests. There are only two girls at the entrance, but unfortunately they offer no support.
The reception left me a little disappointed. Working in the industry, as a reception manager, I may have a more critical eye, but I think it is essential to know how to communicate in English if you work in the front office. We often had the feeling that they understood almost nothing, and this made communication complicated. Moreover, the staff proved neither kind nor flexible.
We had booked three rooms and, as clearly stated in the booking, the child would have to sleep for free with her parents. On arrival, however, we were asked to pay extra for an extra bed. Knowing hotel policies well, I found this insistence unacceptable and opaque: it was evident that they were just trying to charge us more, without any attention to reception or customer satisfaction.
For a 4-star, I'd say one star is too many. Perhaps if the stay had started with a more friendly and professional welcome, the general perception would have been different, but unfortunately this was not the case.

About the hotel

The room is wide. Clear. The room has water and a kettle. There are bath hats. Disposable shampoo. No room slippers. There are cat slippers in the closet. But there's no hot water. The water is warm. It's not comfortable swimming. One soap for two. Breakfast is scarce. No fish. No porridge. Not even bananas.

The holiday left the best impressions. I didn't want to leave. Perhaps we'll come back.

I went with my husband. We liked the hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Free transfer to Nai Harn - one of the best beaches in Phuket.
The downside is the distance from the center, where you can hang out; if you wish, you can call a taxi using a local SIM card.
Nearby there is a good Pizza cafe to the right.
To the left is an excellent massage parlor.
