Great accomodation!

I stayed at Raya Rawai Place for the first 2 weeks of 2020 whilst training at AKA Thailand. It is a very clean, well-presented hotel with stylish and practical finishes. I stayed in a generously-sized studio that had a big, comfy bed, well-appointed bathroom, a good-sized balcony and my room was serviced every other day. All essentials were provided and staff were always very friendly, professional and helpful. It is a 10-15 minute walk to AKA Thailand, which is a great way to warm up for and down from training (if that's the reason for your stay). I booked accomodation through Agoda with no booking cost and paid in full upon arrival to the hotel for 12 nights, which was 12000THB - extremely good value for money! I will definitely stay here on my next visit :)

Good

Basic rooms- big double bed, cable TV, small table and chairs, fridge and ensuite bathroom. The rooms are basic but ok. Rooms are cleaned once a week, if you want them cleaned more often you can pay extra to have it done (it's cheap though). You can rent a scooter here as well as taxis and airport transfer. Staff are really friendly. You can also get your laundry done by the place opposite for 40THB/load (wash, dry & folded). A couple places to eat nearby (nowhere in the hotel to eat or get food).

Great place to stay at Rawai

I can only highly recommend this accommodation. Clean and comfortable rooms with air con, fridge, tv, wardrobe, safe, nice bathroom and balcony. Also verry quiet surrounding, but with everything you need: beaches, restaurants, bars,...
Also the staff of the 24hours reception is friendly at any time and willing to held you!

Simple, affordable and friendly place

Spacious room with a good price. Very clean hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff, helped me to organise transfer to the airport.
No restaurant in the hotel but it is a lot of a great places for food nearby. It was very convenient to walk to my kitesurfing school and I had no need for transport.
For some other attractions would be advisable to have a motorbike.
