Great location and staff was outstanding! Breakfast was good and the airport shuttle was very helpful.
Definitely request a room at the back of the hotel because the pool is extremely loud very very early.

convenient budget hotel
came to patong for a short time. choose this location as its close enough to the beach yet not paying beach front prices. being slow season it was very quiet at night not much traffic. it is a budget hotel as main light switches were not switches as they were small knobs. rooms are comfortable with a big bed and good ac. the shower has sporadic hot water as was rather cold most nights.downstairs street level is 7/11 which is convenient for those late night snacks. atmosphere is very chill and laidback. it is clean and the service are decent nothing that stands out much. just be advised that if your booking they do charge a joiner fee of 500tbh each if you have visitors. also there is a balcony but you need to make sure that its secured as it fairly easy to access neighboring rooms from the balcony.

Absolutely never again
Do not go here.
I like to start by saying this is my 4th time in thailand travelling as a family. We spend 6 weeks dec - jan every year.
Paid £1047 for a triple loft wing room for 2 adults 2 children. Turned up and the hotel is NOTHING like the images on booking.com not even remotely. Its all shops at the front and its other building is down a manky street alley with no staff in attendance.
We highlighted this immediately and they laughed. We were read a riot act at desk about all these rules and we were to leave key at reception every time we left or we would be fined. Not a chance
Then the shower flooded the bathroom the design of it ment it ran along the wooden side flooded floor and it to main room also lukewarm amd no hot water for bath.
Told Staff they shrugged said it happened all the time and said non refundable. I asked to speak to manager they never came in 6 days I was there. They wouldn't change us rooms and then manager lied to booking.com said it was us that flooded the bathroom when getting out the bath! We didnt even have hot water so why would we use the bath!
Biggest waste of money , staff were so unhelpful, rude and ive never experienced that in all the time ive travelled.
Also the rooms are dated, beds are hard as rock ,paper peeling of the walls

The bed was rock hard, never felt a harder bed. Staff did not assist in showing me the parking rules, so I had my bike chained up right in front of the hotel. Staff was rude when mentioned they should most likely let foreigners know where to park. Lots of noise from neighbors, thin walls. Booked this from the US and didnt think it would be that bad, but rest was impossible.

Stayed here in January 2026. Let me start by saying all the interactions I had with the staff were excellent. Front desk people were super nice and responsive. Cleaning and maintenance staff were also great.
The location is also really great. Close to the beach and on a relatively quiet street with a great food court across the road and 7-11 right there.
The staff, no matter how great they are, can compensate for the integrity of the building, nor the behavior of the other guests.
I was in the Loft Wing 3rd floor. There was a door that joins the adjoining room. The gap of the door allowed me to look directly into their room and they could into mine. When they talked it was as if they were in my room.
I was constantly awoken by loud speaking guests having a party in the room next door. It was like having them standing right beside me. I was supposed to stay 4 nights and paid 4 nights but these guys were so loud at 5 am or even 6 am that I was only getting 4-5 hours of sleep and checked out after 3 nights.
The room was very clean and cleaning staff did a great job. Bed was very hard. Pillows were great. Lighting of the room was really weird. No shower curtain so water got everywhere.
Not very secure either. No deadbolt on the door.
