Location convenient and stuff was very nice and helpful...you can rent scooters from them cheaper than the other shops...would definitely stay there again

Great hotel, clean and friendly

Been to patong 3 times now and had a great time on each visit. This was the first time we booked into a cheaper hotel and what a great decision it was. We had standard one bedroom apartment. Simply furnished and spotlessly clean. The room was serviced every day. The air conditioning was excellent.breakfast was included and while simple it was very good. As per the previous reviews the hosts are excellent and very helpful. Short walk to the beach along a busy road but hey all the roads are busy. Patong beach is really good with plenty of space even on busy days. The hotel is on a short but very steep hill. It would cause problems for anyone with mobility issues. It is a bit of a hike to Bangla road but there is plenty to see on the way and taxis are cheap. I will stay here again when I visit patong, book with confidence

Excellent hosts and amazing scenery.

Initial booking for a villa of 2 bedrooms was for 4 people but I had last minute request for an extra bed for the 5th person. We end up having 6 people traveling instead and spoke to the host that it was last minute plan that the 6th person came as well.
They were very nice in allowing the 6th person staying without any extra payment but we insisted to pay and paid only 1/2 price for the total stay.
This is my 4th phuket trips and I can say in my own experience that the room here are very clean, well maintained and affordable.
All our request were attended promptly and without any difficulty. Very accommodating.
The villa is a walking distance from Patong busy area and we don’t really mind as we were away from the noisy street.
Walking to patong beach is about 20min but you can grab a tuk tuk for a cheap price.
The villa is situated up on the hill so a bit of hiking or climbing needed but I can assure you good view,fresh breeze and windy as we are on top of the hill.
I would like to recommend the place and they are very honest to explained the room category that they have in the villa.
Thank you for the lovely experience and looking forward to come back again.

Great Host!! Great Service and hospitality!! Great view from the villa!! We absolutely loved our time at Swiss Villa
The only backdrop was that the villa was situated uphill and climb was quite tiring.
