You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of THB 51000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests are required by the hotel to settle the deposit by credit card on the day of booking. The hotel will send guests an email with instructions and a Paypal link for processing the 50% deposit payment. Early arrival or late departure will depend upon availability of the villa. The early check-in fee is 50% of the nightly rental amount from 10:00 hrs onwards. The late check-out fee is 50% of the nightly rental amount until 18:00 hrs. After 18:00 hrs, the full nightly rate is applicable. Please note that extra 20% will be added on top to all food and beverage items purchased on behalf of guests. The 20% surcharge covers cooking gas, transportation and all costs incurred from cooking and kitchen-related expenses. Unregistered guests will be charged USD 300 per person per night. Please note that the room excludes electricity usage which will be charged at 7 THB per unit. The amount will vary depending on number of bedrooms used and whether or not Air-conditioning is turned off or left on when not in the rooms. Normal usage should be under THB 2,500 per day with full occupancy. Please note the rates are based on the following conditions: - 2 persons sharing per bedroom. - Booking of 6 persons will have use of 3 bedrooms - Booking of 8 persons will have use of 4 bedrooms - Booking of 10 persons will have use of 5 bedrooms - Booking of 12 persons will have use of 6 bedrooms - Booking of 14 persons will have use of 7 bedrooms - Booking of 16 persons will have use of 8 bedrooms - Booking of 18 persons will have use of 9 bedrooms If guests require use of rooms with one (1) person occupancy then they need to book for two (2) people to have use of the room. For example, if you are 8 people and need 8 bedrooms...you need to book for at least 15 people.
