If you go budget you should not expect luxury

I have chosen this one to minimise the budget even further. Generally speaking during the Monsoon season prices drops down, so for 4 nights stay it was very cheap. Nice touch was the text message (iOS message, not sure if they do that for every booking, no matter what's your phone model), they asked me at what time I was planning to check in, with a detailed explanation of how to reach the hotel from the pier in case of no internet connection. It is indeed a short and easy walk. As there is no reception, I found on a board my receipt stating my room number along with the key. People can think that this is not safe, bear in mind you're in Thailand so everyone is genuinely honest and they think that everyone else is. When I went upstairs, my first reaction was not the best.
The bathroom has no toilet flush, you have to fill a bucket with water and doing it as old school teaches. Water is warm and not hot. Toiletries is two bars of soap. The bed sheet didn't look very clean, TV with no sound ...the next day I looked around: the beach is indeed 600m away, on the way there is a temple, currently under renovation but the giant Buddha statue is still accessible. I went there to find myself again, so I understood that I paid a budget price and was expecting luxury, first mistake. Throughout the days I've seen the owners (mostly females) washing bed sheet, so they are actually cleaned after every stay. The owners are very nice and polite, so how could I write a negative review ?
One recommendation would be to paint the wall as there are too many marks making it looking not nice.

Does the job if you're on a budget!

Was a bit confusing upon arrival as there was no reception/staff around until we found a cleaner to help check us in. She showed us to an empty room which was unlocked and said she would find the keys.
Room was okay, half decent bed, fridge, tv etc. What else do you really need if you just want to dump your bags/shower/sleep? Koh Samet is too beautiful to spend tucked up in a room anyway!
The bathroom did however have a pretty strong hot urine smell and checkout was odd as there was a woman outside laying on a moped who asked for the keys (I'm guessing is the mysterious Miss Tim lol)
Maybe suitable for those on a budget or hardened back packers! Wouldn't personally bring children!

Very terrible

Note for tourists: If you are lazy to read all this text, just read last paragraph.
First day on the check-in, we were located in the room that bed was full of bedbugs and She said, I will move you to other room at no cost (not because of bedbugs, but because of allotment). We didn't sleep at all. I was completely covered in bites in just an hour of staying in that room. But It's fine, sometime it happens and I understand that, I noticed her about it with all good wish that she is going to fix that the same day when we got out, but then I saw that she just gave same room to other foreigners (I hope they had better sleep than we did). Bed sheets were sticky.
But this is not the reason why I am writing this review, no. However, next day we moved to "better" room, okay, it was better because it had fridge inside, but it smelled on mold and bed sheets were so dirty. We used our bed sheet to put below us.
But that was not all. On the 3rd day of our stay, there were 2 plastic chairs in front of the place and we were using them for sitting as I was doing some work on my laptop. As I took one to sit, she just came and took the same chair, in front of me and acting like I didn't even existed around her. It was really rude, but fine.
But even this was not all, on our last day, even against all these things, we wanted to stay 1 more day. This day is actually the day when I am writing this and the reason why I am writing such a bad review. We asked women that is cleaning room to extend for one more day, she said that we should call owner by phone (note that owner and this women doesn't speak even basic english), then we decided that we are going to other building where owner is staying, she was not there, then we thought, okay, she will call us/contact us about extension if we cannot stay more and we will move somewhere else once she gets informed about it.
Then after 1h I got really nice messages from her saying "Get out" (see images). We called her thinking that she doesn't know english so that's why she said it that way, but then we were threatened with POLICE to check out! Oh my god! I never felt this way and saw something like this! Then we came to check out, and she started yelling angry and I started taking video in order to show everyone what we were experiencing on our skin during our stay in this Guesthouse and to prevent experiencing this what we felt. She was throwing towels on me, and smashing ceramic cups on the floor, which hurt my girl, she got light breezes on her legs (see images).
You can find video online by searching "How Check Out Works at MISS TIM HOUSE KOH SAMED".
After this incident we moved to other place where it was cheaper, cleaner and owners were really nice to us.

Horrible

Les employés ne sont pas très accueillants et se contentent du strict minimum, les chambres sont propres mais les matelas c'est juste des ressorts entourés de tissues. Les moustiques rentrent et sortent comme ils veulent par la salle de bain ! Je vous le déconseille.
