A good option to Hotel

The place is calm and easily accessible close to natutre or shops. The pool area never overpopulated and has great roof top terrace...with possibility to rent BBQ.
Some of the apartments facing the pool area lack privacy but on the whole quality living. The Gym is rather hot but has a nice view...

Best place to stay, good location

Clean and quiet and not full of the typical 'party" holiday makers you get on the more commercial beaches.
clean and above our expectations! All reception staff were great with helping us organise tours! Organized scooter though reception as well. Bed was comfy, room was spacious.
The room itself we couldn't have faulted there as literally nothing I could complain about!
Overall I'd go back here in a heartbeat, so please don't worry about being disappointed!

did not return the Deposit!

I lived here 4 month ago. When i leave this place my deposit $200 wasn't returned! Because I "soiled a towel"! Very bad service and staff.
I don't like it and don't recommend this place to my friends..

Nice quiet place to enjoy with friends.

On our mission to abuse my parents Club Tropical membership my girlfriends and I stayed here the first week of March. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom proper condo style apartment. We wanted a quiet place to stay where we could cook and just relax after our Singapore trip. Arisara does not have much around it so we organized a driving service through our CT connection. Our driver Bah was very helpful and drove us for food shopping and to the local markets. We cooked breakfast, lunch and sometime diners at the apartment and was very peaceful. If you want peace and quiet with family and friends, stay here. If you want to walk to action, night life and food don't.

Hotel? Rented an apartment. Service can definitely be improved.

We got this place for a one month stay during it time on Koh Samui for 25kTHB. The place itself is ok, but you will definitely hear the neighbors on the balconies and inside apartments. For weeks the dust has been left in the staircase after sweeping. BBQ was supposed to be "set up" for us after a fee of 300 THB, but all it was was unlocking the BBQ grill, yet even only 15 minutes later after the agreed time and reminding the staff several times. Unfortunately the English speaking lady at the reception was our biggest pain, as she brings a quite arrogant attitude straight to your face, promises to negotiate with the landlords about money back for earlier leaving, but simply doesn't care about you as a guest in this "hotel" / residence.
If you don't expect a hotel and will be lucky to have improved customer service, it may be ok to go, though there are certainly many other nice places in Bophut, as this one is about 1km off the beach.
