I love this hotel and the staff is so friendly. The room was clean, huge with a completely separate kitchen and dining area, a 50 inch television and the air conditioning was very cold and the pool is amazing and the water is perfect! The location is outstanding and walkable to everything in the area!

This was our second time staying here, again staff are amazing great pool and rooms big with kitchen, toaster,hot plate,microwave and big fridge. 7 11 and big c 5mins walk. Plus 5mins to beach

All in all, Good.

I stayed at Aumpai Luxury for a few nights, and overall, it was fine — nothing remarkable, but it served its purpose. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and don’t need anything beyond the basics, this place will do the job.
The location is reasonably convenient, with some restaurants and shops within walking distance, and it’s not far from the beach. The room itself was clean enough, though the decor and amenities were dated and a bit tired. “Luxury” is a stretch — don’t let the name mislead you. It’s more of a budget stay with the essentials: a bed, air conditioning, and a bathroom.

Overpriced!!

Stay away of this place!
Aumpai Luxury is the most overpriced resort in Lamai, and the owner has not a slightest clue how to run a business. They rather have empty rooms than put the prices on a descent level.
I was a regular for many years, but now the prices here have reached over the limit. You can find a lot of better places at the beach (Aumpai is not at the beach) with way more descent prices!
On top of that Aumpai cheats you with adding on extra cost for water and electricity after you have accepted the price they told you. A complete scam.
Please choose other places!
