Great location with picture-postcard view of the sea!

Beautiful modern spacious apartment with balcony overlooking the sea. Right on the beach, in the heart of Fisherman's Village, close to the airport, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. Helpful staff. Particular care was put on design, amenities and cleanness. Friendly staff and good value for money!

Flanked by building sites, Eager to take your cash.

Charged twice the going rate on a booking platform. B1 chose not too respond to my 4 attempts to clarify AUD $250 per night vs $125 per night (got my bucks... happy days for them). I have chosen to forego my $250 deposit and stay somewhere else, I would not enjoy staying with an organisation with no moral/professional standards. Had a look at the property a week ago before heading out to Koh Tao. Be aware that this property is flanked immediately on TWO sides by active building sites. Perhaps at $125 worth putting up with if you're happy to risk staying at a property with zero scruples.

Mark and Mandie honeymoon

Stayed at b1 organic suites for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon. An amazing location, on the beach. Close to all bars and restaurants in the Fisherman's village. Apartment was very spacious and spotless. Staff couldn't be more helful. Asked for a hire car and it was there the following morning as requested. They also organized transfers to and from the airport with a fantastic meet and greet with the lovely Ning. Highly recommended.
