Absolutely amazing accommodation
We ended up leaving koh Tao 2 days early as the place just wasn’t for us, however, this is one of the nicest accommodations we’ve stayed in, so clean, spacious, our own pool, the view is one of the nicest views I have ever experienced ever I will post some pictures of the amazing sunsets we got to watch from our balcony every night, the hotel staff ever so lovely and accommodating, also had a taxi available to take you to and from the pier which saved so much stress, and had set times to take you to the town if you didn’t have a bike.
One more thing I would like to mention is the adorable cat that may come to visit. I’m not sure who she belongs to but she was well fed and well groomed so I presume someone that lives on or near the properly as she knows the area well. I urge everyone to please give her a little stroke and show her lots of love she made our stay to from a 10 to a 20. She would come to sit with us on the balcony and is the most lovable girl i hope she has the best life ever everyone please show her love I miss her so much ❤️

Beautiful rooms and friendly staff.
This hotel offers modern, very spacious and beautifully appointed rooms with a large terrace. Mars listens to the smallest expectations of its customers and makes every effort to satisfy them. She is adorable and her cat Miaw Miaw visited us every day for our greatest pleasure. Different breakfasts are to be chosen the day before and served in the room at the time desired by the guest. A swimming pool is available in another hotel 30 metres away. We had a great time there. Huge room, very clean, very quiet at night, large king size bed, nice decor, large terrace for breakfast. Kettle and microwave available with tea and coffee. Numerous bars and restaurants in the area. Inaccessible to people with reduced mobility. Access to the rooms is steep, everything is steep. Even the road to the hotel is a bit rough on foot. No bar or restaurant in the hotel. Possibility to order some meals in the room. Good breakfast. Many thanks to Mars, the manager, for her kindness and availability.

Just perfect.
We had rooms 107 and 108 with a great view! The rooms are very spacious, nicely arranged and the terrace very nice! Breakfast was good.
We particularly enjoyed the location; away from the world there is in Sairee and we wanted to avoid. It is possible to eat in very good restaurants close to the bustle. We were able to enjoy the pool at the hotel next door (sunny side) very appreciable. We rented the scooters directly with them (250bath) and travelled the island and its beautiful beaches (including ao leuk and freedom beach... snorkling super)

Well...but not very well
POSITIVE aspects:
- location surrounded by greenery
- exceptional staff, ready to meet any request
- scooter rental on site
- breakfast in the room, although mediocre.
- transfer to and from the port
NEGATIVE Aspects:
- the Owner failed to publish photos of the bathrooms, on booking and on all other sites. They are dilapidated and inadequate to the standard of the structure. Upon our arrival we found the surprise!
- the photos they posted were taken at the end of the works, when the structure was new. Poor maintenance is noticeable, almost absent. It would take little to make it pleasant.
- the air conditioning is switched off centrally every morning at 6:00/7:00 and clearly you wake up because of an absurd heat. In the afternoon they keep it off and when you come back from the sea it feels like entering an oven.
- if you don't want/can rent a scooter, forget about this hotel, too uncomfortable location.
It's very strange that the photos of the bathrooms have not been published (it seems almost to hide them!)

Amazing Stay, second to none
Unbelievable stay, from the location, to the facilities, to the staff, to the service, absolutely second to none, rooms were spotless, staff catered for every need, 2 minutes scooter ride from centre, you will be picked up from the pier and dropped back off there when your stay is complete, the rooms were immaculate, amazing views, it’s a must stay location, for the staff service alone, 20/10
