Thankyou for our stay, would 100% recommend

Owners are amazing, cannot do enough for you, one of the best hotels we have stayed at during our month of travelling Thailand, clean rooms comfy beds and good pool area, access to the beach with sunbeds provided for guests, where owners husband runs bungalows and restaurant and his also very helpful and friendly, would stay again and recommend to others

I recommend

We spent 9 days in this beautiful hotel. The manager is incredibly kind, always helpful and ready to help. She accompanied us to have a taxi to go to the agencies following a small incident with our son and also organized for us a superb excursion to an ethical sanctuary to see the elephants.
The hotel is very well located, a few steps from the beach where you can enjoy free deckchairs. You will also have the chance to taste the cuisine of the local restaurant run by the manager's husband. The place is quiet, the pool is large and pleasant.
I recommend this hotel a thousand times!

Bad bad bad bad bad. The photos do not correspond to reality. Room of a dirt never seen, I found cobwebs, spiders, mold, dust everywhere, sheets full of hair and never changed. Animals everywhere. Actually stay away from this hotel

Hotel overrated

We stopped at the hotel after reading the reviews and believing that it was on the first line, as indicated on the map on Bookinkom. They thought that there was a wonderful and kind hostess there. We spent the night and were very disappointed. The first thing we were not happy with was the cleaning of the room. There was dust in the bedside tables, dirty plumbing, but snow-white linen. Starting from the door to the room with holes, everything is old and needs renovation. It was very stuffy to sleep in the room and you could hear guests and mopeds passing by. It was also not possible to go out in a swimsuit and immediately into the sea, the hotel is across the road. The rooms were all sold out, it was easy to sell to another guest and we asked for eviction in a day with a refund of part of the funds, at that moment the hostess showed herself. Reviews are very overrated.

amazing hotel and location

We stayed at Samui Seabreeze for 5 nights and loved it! It is a family-run business - the owners are so welcoming and helpful, they gave us advice on day trips to save money and organised a moped for us! The hotel’s restaurant on the beach is great for breakfast! The room was clean and comfortable!
