It is how you should live if you are a traveler. If you are a tourist with a prada bag I would stretch the budget to fit your clothing

Erik

We really enjoyed our stay here. Patrick and his wife are the best hosts you can wish for, the ambient is really nice and feels a lot like home. The view from the resort is great, and the water is nice. If you need any help figuring out what to do and where to go, Patrick knows all the best places worth visiting.
The beds might feel a bit hard for some people, but for my taste they were perfect. It's a solid 5* for me!!

Really good place for recharge

The staffs are super friendly and very nice. They are all smile and always ready to help or support us. The food are delicious, clean and not expensive. The location is located super perfect. Only 12-15 min by walk from the pier. Quite and cozy. It seems like we have own beach. The sea water is clean. Really good for take some rest and recharge my life.

Avoid This Place At All Costs

Our party of family and friends, mixed Vietnamese and English, were all shocked at just how poor this was. The three young lads enjoyed the inflatables which offered a good range and were fun but even one of the lads commented on how dirty the water was. The location is good and at one time the facilities were probably quite smart, allowing for the difficulties of the extreme climate. That's all I can find to be positive about. I won't get into a rant, and my reviews always look for the positive, but even allowing for differing cultural norms this is a definite no-no for foreign visitors. Our Vietnamese companions were equally appalled. It is true as others have said that once inside you have to pay more than the original entrance fee to get into the water. There is no swimming pool, just the inflatable play area. You cannot enter this without wearing a dirty life jacket but you don't know this until you've paid to go in. If you don't speak Vietnamese you don't know until you're accosted by a youthful worker using sign language. The health and safety is appalling which makes the life jacket rule even more of a joke: the unfiltered sea water is scummy and dirty to such an extent that we wouldn't take the baby into it, consequently wasting the entry fee for three adults. The tiles underfoot are so slippy that it's a serious accident waiting to happen. The aquatic life was fascinating, though, with a variety of fish swimming around. In a swimming area! The whole place is a gigantic rip off for tourists and locals alike. You can't take your own food or drink in in theory (although as we demonstrated if you tell the security to go away and stop bothering you they find something else to do). Everything you might want to do has to be paid for if it's open - the highlight of my visit was watching a lovely kingfisher perched for several minutes on the zip wire. The staff are young, officious, rude, probably very poorly paid but obstructive to the point of utter frustration. I shan't go on but could do so. I do urge anyone contemplating a visit to save your money and preserve your sanity and go elsewhere in this beautiful, friendly, fascinating country.

Worst resort on the water front

Rooms have very uncomfortable beds. Toilet light did not work. Shower preasure is pittifull. No replenishment of toilet paper. Cockroaches in toilet. Door lock did not work properly. No laundry service. NO GIN AT THE BAR. Left early as it was so bad. Asked for a refund but got an extremely rude response from owners from my polite request. Terrible value for money. Only friendly staff were all the stray dogs about the place. For the love of god don't go here!!!
