Great deal for your money!

On the water. It’s an amazing deal for the price. Staff super friendly and actually sit down with you and help you with your tours. Food is decent. Very clean. Basic room not luxury. Close to Lamai Night Market and 7-11 and other shops.

Great spot close to the strip

Great resort right on the beach. Friendly staff and a good taxi service from the hotel. Restaurant OK right on the beach and tucked away so quiet at night but still close to the main strip. Daily room cleaning was very good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Great bed but bathroom was a little basic and hot water was a treat. Would go back

Fantastic and so say all 11 of us ! X

I have holidayed at Utopia many moons ago and decided to go back with family ( total guests 11) to celebrate my 60 Th birthday. The age range was 23- 70 + and all guests loved the hotel.
Common themes were
* proximity to beach about 20 yards from rooms which is a massive plus.
* massive & comfy beds in pool villas / I had a blue bungalow for nostalgic reasons and the bed there was also very comfortable.
* food varied & reasonable prices.
* all hotel staff including cleaners & gardeners were super friendly : efficient and just charming.
* proximity to Main Street yet silence ( no traffic noise). Useful to be near shops etc when needed to get essentials or in evening when eating out .
* some guests went to more luxurious hotels for 1-2 days & all said upon return that preferred Utopia.
Lamai is a lovely town not too commercialised.
Thanks to all staff at Utopia for making my big birthday so memorable !

Absolutely Awesome experience

Absolutely superb.Great resort , people and service.I had room no.2 next to the pool and it was so nice having this right outside my door.Air conditioning and room service superb and plenty trees at the beach to lounge in the shade.In close walking distance to the night market, massage parlours and restaurants.A strong recommendation from me.

Cosy simple accommodation

We stayed for 4 nights at Utopia Resort. It is a nice cozy place with very friendly and accommodating staff. The bungalows are simple but very clean. The food is very good and cheap. We can recommend the Utopia.
