"Disappointing Stay: Turquoise 111/8 Villa Did Not Meet Expectations"

We had an extremely disappointing stay at the Turquoise 111/8 villa. After the rain, the entire property and the villa itself were literally swarming with mosquitoes, making it impossible to relax — everyone got bitten. In addition, there were cockroaches in the kitchen, bedrooms, and other common areas, which is absolutely unacceptable for accommodation of this level.
The service was also very poor. The staff was unfriendly, and the cleaning left a bad impression: they took food without asking, and once even ate part of an unfinished breakfast.
The technical condition of the villa needs improvement. The air conditioner remote barely lit up, making it impossible to set the desired mode, which added discomfort in the heat. On the last day before we left, the electricity was cut off, the generators didn’t work, and we had to pack our things in complete darkness.
Given the price, we expected much better. I do not recommend this villa for a vacation, especially if cleanliness, comfort, and an adequate level of service are important to you.
