Perfect stop for what we needed

We were traveling with our dog from the UK and stopped at this hotel on route to Chiang mai. The Villa was good for the price, comfortable with food AirCon. Breakfast was limited for a brit but hey, what do I expect for the money.
The report was obviously quiet during covid and because so, limited staff for upkeep of the grounds that looked like it had been flooded very recently..
I’d definitely go again on my trips.. I hope other people use this so it keeps its head above water (excuse the pun)

It was ok

The location is very lovely by the river and there is a river side restaurant. The rooms I booked were a bit unkept and the bathroom had black mold, fridge was not working properly and the ceiling plaster was flaking.
Breakfast was quite unappetizing.
But the staff were helpful and accommodating.

Extremely nice river view - missing the extras - quiet, relaxing

The river view from the restaurant is really nice, calming and quiet.
The bungalow is spacious, clean, large open plan room, the experience would improve with extras like coffee/tea in the room (have cups but no kettle), no shampoo in the shower and a more modern feeling in the room would make a difference.
Breakfast is free - just bread for toasting, porridge and hot water/coffee - make your self.
Restaurant dinner and lunch is nice, pricey (200-250 THB for small plates to share, 2 people need 3 or 4). Glass noodles with prawn was good. WiFi worked fine, ice is 25thb. Very dog friendly.
Location is outside of the city, quiet, ample parking, free bicycle, nice to walk around.

Nice property, 0 Service

Disappointing. Beautiful waterfront property with lots of staff grooming and trimming neat gardens. King room was just big - a thimble of shampoo, no kettle or coffee, aircon with only 1 speed.. 'Charged a nearly 25% premium for a 1.2 kg elderly dog who can't even bark!
"Breakfast" was a bowl of 3 in one coffee packets and a cold pot of congee - no staff in sight. Considering there were only 2 guests, it might have behooved management to take care of them.

Just an amazing beautiful place

I am staying at this resort on the ping river for 3 nights it is amazing huge area . Lots of foliage large palm trees beautiful ponds full of huge koi !!! Good bed ! Nice size rooms . And a ful restraint on site sits on the banks of the river .
You can borrow a bicycle go for a peddle if you want . Or jyst sit on one of the many benches around the property ,birds singing in the trees to southe you ,they have a large stage area so guess they have live enter at times as well
