Employees are rarely around. Sometimes I ask about something and can't find anyone.

1. The room is spacious.
2. Good location, next to important tourist attractions.

1. The hotel is quite old. Compared to the price of staying at other hotels in the city, it will be more worthwhile.
2. There is no lift for elderly people. If you come to stay, you must consider this point,

Probably the best

Excellent hotel, not perfect but excellent. Location is amazing, cleanliness is outstanding and staff are friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable and room was well planned and there was a useful balcony My river view room was only partial but hey, you are right on the river. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices with Western, Thai and Chinese dishes. Only problem was the alternating strong and weak water pressure in the (huge) shower at night maybe because the hotel was pretty full Seems to the best hotel in TP, not the cheapest but the best quality so the best value. English level is OK too.
