Relax at Trat It increases power a lot.

The resort has a good atmosphere, looks shady, wide, not uncomfortable, beautiful waterfall, the reception staff take very good care of them, speak sweetly, pay attention to customers, the bedroom is spacious and clean. Breakfast includes fried eggs, sausage, ham, bread and Thai food. The taste is very delicious. Sitting and eating at the waterfall The atmosphere is very good. I want everyone to come and try this resort. Good, please confirm.

Convenient Location but Uncomfortable Bed

The location is excellent, situated behind Tesco Trart. It's convenient for accessing everywhere in the city center.
However, the room, while spacious, does not suit the size of a 16 or 18-inch television. It is difficult to see clearly from the bed due to the distance. Additionally, the bed is extremely hard, making it uncomfortable to sleep on and causing a restless night.

Lack of experience in the hospitality industry!

Pretty close to the Trat bus terminal and peaceful place but likely brand new property with huge area and has artificial waterfall and small fish ponds but the bed room,bed and bathroom hasn’t enough space, almost need to squeeze in the bathroom while taking showers. The water hasn’t enough pressure for showers and wastewater doesn’t go through well, shower becomes small ponds in 5 minutes. No laundry services at hotel and if you inquiry to the reception about the laundry service and other services becomes more complicates with the language problem very hard to communicate in English. Instead of trying to figure out the problems and solutions they trying to cover up themselves. So better to search everything on google by self than wasting the time. The breakfast was buffet but everyday same stuffs so didn’t see the reason to serve buffet breakfast.

I'm pleasantly surprised for the price. A pleasant little hotel for anyone passing through.

Unfortunately, we kept getting stuck in traffic jams on the way to Trat because of Songkran celebrations, so we were unable to get the last speedboat to Koh Chang. We were forced to spend a night here. Around €13/night including breakfast for two people seems quite reasonable for one night. The room was very clean, there were two bottles of water for free and the fridge and air conditioning worked smoothly. There is a large supermarket not far from the hotel where you can stock up on a few things or eat something in the local restaurants.
The breakfast was perfectly fine for the price. You shouldn't expect or demand more for the money, but it is definitely enough for a little refreshment in the morning before departure. So if you can't get the last boat or ferry to Koh Chang like we did, you can definitely spend a night here without any problems.
I can only recommend the hotel for that.
