Clean, quiet rooms

Very good people to deal with, they care about the visitors. Older rooms but are clean and functional. Hot water shower, tv, and strong wifi. Good food in the restaurant. Easy walk to the night market. Cheap to get around town in taxi truck. They sell tickets to get to the islands, and are knowledgeable about what is best. Will stay here again when in the area

Well prepared for any tourist needs

After travelling for 12 hours from Siem Reap, including 3 hours at Poipet border, it was a welcoming place.
They deal with everything although for a small profit : 100 USD exchange for 30 Baht (31.15 at the bank), 90 Baht for the 80 Baht Ferry ticket to Koh Chang...
They seem to run a successful business as there are several Pop guest houses around town.

Spent one night, nice location and clean room, good restaurant

We spent one night to wait for the ferry to Koh Kood. The place is simple but well kept and clean. Restaurant good. Quiet and nice location in front of a gym, Great value. Nice and available owners who were ready to answer our questions and made a call for us. Recommended!!!

It's okay

We used this as transit accommodation for which it was good value. The owner/staff were helpful and friendly. Okay, the rooms aren't anything to write home about. Small bathroom and no hot water to the shower but - the water was warm anyway. The bed was comfortable. No safe. Think about the price you're paying!
We were able to get something to eat when we arrived (about 7:30pm) and the meal was pleasent. Breakfast was good. They are able to arrange transport/trips. They arranged our transport to the pier.

Great family room

Large family room option and lovely planter courtyard area. Only stopped one night so not much to say about Trat but owners helpful and engaging (not as Lonely Planet reviews them). Great on site restaurant, we only had breakfast but good price
