We had a great time staying at this hotel and enjoyed the quiet side of this island.
Steve and Lily who runs the hotel , were very helpful and kind to us.

There is a reason privacy of resort has that name, it is in a quiet part of the quiet side of Koh Chang. If you want to stay somewhere lively, with nearby bars restaurants and tattoo parlours, stay on the west side.
Privacy is family-run, six very pleasant bungalows around a lovely swimming pool, all set in a beautifully garden. You will need some sort of transport to get around, motor bikes are available here at 250baht per day.
There is a very lovely place to eat which grows coffee a short distance away, five minutes on the motorbike or 15 minutes walking. There is also another place to eat which claims to be organic, which is busier - for no good reason.
We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to koh chang.

Wonderful place to stay

Exceptional stay. Such friendly staff. HIGHLY REOCMMENDED. Quiet but nice. WILL defin8tely return to this wonderful place. We rented motorbikes so getting around was easy. It is the better side of the island to stay on. A few restaurants nearby.

Excellent accommodation, superb service

We had a truly wonderful time at Privacy Resort. It’s located at the east side of Koh Chang, which is more quiet and way less touristy than the west side. The rooms are nice and clean. The pretty and well-kept swimming pool is surrounded by a relaxing garden with a great sea view.
Hosts Steve and Lily are lovely people that do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They are happy to share their knowledge and inside information about the island and help you with taxis, ferries, etc. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

We stayed here for 5 days and we had a fantastic time here. We went a few times to the busy side of the island and we liked both sides. The Quiet side where the hotel is, and the busy side. We loved everything. Dining pool
