Terrific property
My wife and I stayed in one of the suites here for 10 days at the Lake Udon. The suite was clean, spacious & perfect for an extended visit with great air conditioning and good water pressure. We were treated very well by everyone at the property. We appreciated having a reserved parking spot each evening for our car. The housekeepers were very attentive to our schedule. I liked being in a quieter part of town. Having the park across the street was ideal for exercise and having a beautiful place to look at outside our window. Along with enjoying the breakfast on site, we enjoyed the two cafes nearby and the open air noodle shop across the street. Having a modern, clean laundromat next door was really convenient, too. By the end of our stay, my wife and I are really looking forward to returning to the Lake Udon.

Quiet hotel in a great location
I love the Hotel The Lake. It is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast is amazing: you get a menu with 4 different dishes, including a great Thai rice soup. You don't have to choose one, you can order several.
I would also like to highlight the cleanliness of the hotel. The view on the upper floors is very nice. There are 12 rooms with a lake view. These rooms are on the 3rd to 5th floors. The roof terrace offers a gigantic panoramic view.
I also appreciated the peace and quiet, as there are no bars or discos nearby.
You can't hear the elevator and the air conditioning works perfectly.
We stayed at the Hotel The Lake for two nights and the location is great: the hotel is very close to the Nong Prajak Public Park with the great lake.
In the morning and evening you can jog around the lake and ride a bike on a special road. You can rent bikes.
There are many nice cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and there is even an architecturally great ice cream parlor around the corner.
I can highly recommend the hotel.

For people who value a peaceful night's sleep
The Hotel THE LAKE is quietly located on Nong Prajak Lake, just outside the center.
For people who don't need bars, karaokes or discos in the immediate vicinity, for people who appreciate a peaceful night's sleep, it is simply ideal. If you like to exercise, you can jog, cycle or walk around the lake or in the nearby park in the morning or evening.
The hotel has 50 very clean rooms. However, there are only 8 rooms on the 5th and 6th floors with a lake view. A particularly great place to stay is a suite on the 6th floor, which can be reached by elevator.
Breakfast is served in an attractive, light-flooded room. You can choose from 4, some of which are unusual, suggestions and order as much as you want.
Good restaurants, nice cafes and even an ice cream parlor are in the neighborhood of the hotel.
The manager, Mr. O, takes great care of his guests' needs. The staff is also very friendly.
Since the price-performance ratio is also right, THE LAKE HOTEL can be recommended without reservation.

Smart, new and clean
New Hotel on the edge of Nong prajak park and lake. So great environment a little away from the city centre. Hotel has car parking spaces and a lift. Rooms fine, clean and en suite. You can get breakfast for 90 baht in the top floor restaurant which has great views. Problem free stay, all staff very courteous. Great value !

Truly lovely
This small hotel is truly lovely, both premise and staff. Breakfast is not much choice but simply good.
Visit Roof deck to see the view of the surrounding lake.
Really good value if you looking for cozy hotel with friendly service.
