Great place.
Location perfect for my work, however, it was difficult to access any transport. May need to hire a vehicle next time.
Rooms are a great size and kept clean. The gardens are great and the staff friendly.

Beatifull place amazing time here
Beatifull place,staff are polite and friendly, rooms are big and spacious,highly recomended to any one traveller coming to timor leste.

Quiet and Beautiful
Quiet and beautiful sanctuary with lovely gardens and pool in Dili. The staff were extremely friendly, very helpful with taxis and transfers, and remembered guests by name. I felt very welcomed here as a foreigner visiting from the U.S. The rooms have AC and a nice kitchen / living room area. The receptionist was waiting to say goodbye for my departure, which was such a nice touch! Would love to stay here again!

Nice and comfortable accomodation.
Very nice and comfortable appartment and the beautiful garden around. The stafs were also very helpful especially Ann from the reception who helped as with car rental and other activities. I really recommend this hotel.

The hotel name is now PALM MALINAMOC hotel now
This is the only hotel we found which had a two bed rooms with separate bath rooms. The hotel is tucked away in a side street. The hotel consist of single-story building with a nice garden and trees. Very nice from the outside. Once you open the door of your apartment you will be in a little bit of a shock. The furnitures and room facilities, including kitchen, bath rooms, wardrobes look very dated. The bathroom is not what you expect for such a price. Extremely basic. You can also forget the wifi. It is totally unreliable. Every few minutes there is no connection. Don’t forget to buy a SIM card at the airport. Also, don’t expect a fancy breakfast. Some fruits, eggs and bread.
Now the positive experiences: The staff was very friendly and the hotel compound is very nice. And, the apartment was quite big.
We understand that Dili is still rather underdeveloped with hotels, but the price charged for the old rooms was very high. But then no other choice for a two-bedroom apartment. We still had a good stay.
