Our holiday!!!
Staff, the vibe and the food were very nice
And big thanks to the entertainers ZIZOU and MIMO who were our guides for the trip to the old medina of Hammamet

Waiters spoiled the vacation / the rest is ok
Animation is also quite bad, but not a real problem for me.
The rest stuff is quite good (manger, reception, money exchange, cleaning).
Rooms are old, but clean (at least a sea-view room).
The maids take the towels in the morning but bring them back later. It’s not really convenient to be honest.
Beach was clean. Sea water was cold in May.
Food is typical, in 3-5 days you don’t want to eat that. Food is often overcooked. Also they cooked some days really good dishes like grilled tuna, grilled shrimps, mashed potatoes. Children touch food by their hands and then give up, be careful.
Sun bed towels, tennis equipment requires cash bail what’s also stupid for me.
If no issues with the attitude of waiters I would say it’s good. But taking that into account I cannot recommend this hotel. I will never back.

The staff was absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, helpful and always smiling. A very special thank you to the lovely girl working at the restaurant entrance. She was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive, and her positive attitude made us feel very special every day.
Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service and hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Kids club ♥️♥️
I liked the hotel , the room is big and clean
The Food is not that delicious
I was very satisfied with Kids Club , especially the Girl who works there , (MARWA) very humble and kind , she spend a lot of time with kids , drawing, dancing and doing other activities ♥️♥️♥️
She is working on her own and this is very hard , I think she needs someone else to be there to help her managing the situation
