Everything is average.

I traveled with my friends to this hotel. My experience was rather average.
The buffet is very limited, but the food remains acceptable.
There is a very large pool with activities, music, and water games.
Another, quieter pool is available, but it is quite small.
The beach has a volleyball court, but it is poorly maintained, as there are many small pebbles on the court.
The rooms are very outdated and would benefit from renovation.
The staff is not always up to expectations.
The entertainment is very disappointing and lacks organization. The entertainment team does not seem sufficiently involved to create a good atmosphere.
Many amenities are missing, such as sandals, mattresses for the lounge chairs, and even towels.
Overall, for a very limited budget, this hotel remains acceptable. However, it is a shame, as the establishment has good potential and could offer a much better experience with some improvements.

The worst of Tunisia (and yet the bar is low)

Do not rely on photos that do not correspond (more) to reality. Reality holds in 2 words: go elsewhere
For professional reasons, we have been operating 8 to 10 hotels in Tunisia since 2014. In short, I know the terrain and can make reasoned comparisons on a local basis. Without hesitation: the worst of my whole experience.
The general condition is average. It is clean (fine) but obsolete (very). Two anaemic elevators for a full hotel. A complete branch without elevator. Many insignificant details that show a long-standing deep maintenance defect.
Officially 2 outdoor pools, but one is closed (tomorrow may be 'inchallah) and the other saturated with children and women in burkini. Considering the products we saw put in the closed pool, I'm hesitant.
We fall back on the beach where the lifeguard whistles (like dogs) the bold ones who walk away on board (I have foot with half the body protruding)
No mattresses on armchairs at the pool or beach. At least we're not staying long.
We eat according to the room number, however you want to organize your evening, it is the room number that decides the time of the meal.
The buffet is plentiful but uninteresting and tasteless. Mechouia and harissa can be eaten with a spoon without difficulty. And irregular: your time of passage is key "later it's... too late". My quality indicator: boiled eggs; verdict impossible to chip and served boiling. Detail: no dates...
The employees live their lives in the customer areas: one phoned loudly next to us at the bar and another sits on the terrace toasting a cigarette, many serve coffee during Breakfast Service. On the other hand, dishes remained waiting all my stay on a piece of furniture on the landing of the 3rd. The hotel manager must not go through this... At least not often. Anyway, he must have totally lost the "customer look"
I did not try wifi, since there was no network in the room. On the other hand the 4g is great, normal relay antenna is right on the roof of the hotel
Good point: the bedding is quality and there is hot water
Obviously the hotel targets non-Western guests who are probably less demanding. In practice burkinis, loose jerseys, Arabic music and no alcohol. In short, Westerners are not welcome
Of course we are still looking for what justifies the 3***

Amazing.

If you are looking for a quiet and pleasant place to stay, I highly recommend this charming cottage. It offers a warm Mood with a simple and elegant design. The staff is very welcoming and always ready to help. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is ideal: close to the main attractions, yet away from the noise of the city, perfect for relaxing. My stay was a great experience, and I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and tranquility at a reasonable price.

voila

Even writing a comment to this hotel is a waste . Peaple shouldd be payed to stay there . Where sall I start with ? the restaurant that serves chicken and boiled potatos every meal ? the rooms that don t have an air conditioner ? the terrible animation that puts music from 80 s ? When I was taking a shower the water cut off and I had to wait with the shampoo in my eyes till it get back !!! II don t recommend , unless u wanna break up with your girl friend and suffer a lifelasting trauma .

Very good location
