Good value, great staff. In recovery mode from covid....but making great progress. Hotel could use a minor upgrade for business...IE: some USB charging ports in the room and more outlets. Overall a great stay and will not hesitate to book again.

we had a good stay, as we were traveling south to Douz. The property is quite large and well maintained. Staff are courteous and available. Buffet breakfast offers many choices (a la carte may be available in the other restaurant). Spa services are good and expansive, bar with singers a good distraction.
