Absolutely loved everyone ❤️

Once we arrived it was late at night. There was food left in our room and bottled water. Thankyou. We paid the hotel tax. Nobody told us about. Got a drink and went to bed. Woke up to an amazing breakfast. Everything you can think of. Just had to look around for the food. Lots of coffee , flavoured tea , juice. I did take my own kettle and tea bags. I didn't think much of the al carte, but that's my opinion.
We found the mini train and spent the day at the beach. Plenty of fizzy drinks and coffee. I wud suggest to take some snacks or I made a breakfast sandwich to take with me. As no food at beach bar. Nice breeze off the sea. One day the sea had lots of sea weed. I waded though it and stayed in the warm sea for ages bobbing around. Security rang the small train man to come get me when I was ready.
I did stay around the pool on the odd occasion, but thoes towel people were out early. Too many children and not enough breeze , so I did prefer the beach. I felt safe on beach with police riding there horses now and then. The hotel had there own security there as well.
I had a body scrub which was amazing. I didn't like the facial scrub as I ended up with a few cuts on my forehead when she finished. Tipping was hit and miss we gave 20 dinar £5 to staff that looked after us. They work hard in that heat. There is a shop just outside entrance to the right. Much cheaper prices. I felt safe walking down there on my own.ley ley is NO so I'm glad I learnt this. Alladin from tui did the trips and a talk our first day there. I just wanted a lazy holiday. The NHS had burnt me out. I'm definitely going back again , (once iv saved to go back). Bringing my friends with me. I made new friends out there from all nationalities and will keep in contact with them. Thankyou for a lovely stay x

Amazing staff. 10/10

We have had an absolutely amazing holiday at TUI Suneo Palm Beach Skanes, and a huge part of that is down to the incredible staff.
Every member of staff has been so friendly, welcoming and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay special.
A special thank you must go to Head Chef Fehmi, who has been absolutely fantastic with our son. Because he has very serious allergies, mealtimes can normally be quite stressful for us, but Fehmi went out of his way to prepare fresh meals specifically for him and made us feel completely reassured and looked after. We honestly cannot thank him enough.
We also want to give a massive thank you to Nourhene, who has been absolutely amazing throughout our holiday. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her kindness and care made such a difference to our stay.
And a special mention to Mohamed from the waiting staff, who went completely out of his way for us. His service, kindness and attention to detail were outstanding, and he always made us feel so welcome.
The whole team at TUI Suneo Palm Beach Skanes should be incredibly proud.
It is the staff who make a holiday memorable, and this team have truly made ours one we will never forget.
We would highly recommend this hotel and cannot thank everyone enough for making us feel so welcome! ❤️

Amazing entertainment team

Its a little long but this team deserves it.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Entertainment Team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We have had such an incredible holiday at TUI Suneo Palm Beach Skanes, and a huge part of that is down to the amazing entertainment team!
A massive thank you to Rio, Monna, Mimi, Kookie, Mono and Pika for making our holiday so much fun. You have all worked incredibly hard, always had smiles on your faces, and made everyone feel welcome.
What made it even more special for us was the way you treated Hayden. He absolutely loved how you made him feel so welcomed, included and loved. The kindness and attention you showed him meant so much to us as a family. ❤️
And Lily always had a huge smile on her face whenever she was around you all! You really helped make this holiday one that both of them will remember.
From the daytime activities to the evening entertainment, there was always something going on, and you could see just how much effort and energy you all put into making sure everyone had a fantastic time.
You are all an absolute credit to TUI Suneo Palm Beach Skanes and have genuinely made our holiday extra special. Thank you for all the laughs, fun, kindness and amazing memories. ☀️❤️

Family holiday

This is a family hotel. There is entertainment by the pool and on a night, for children and adults. The main pool is very busy and lively, the pool near the slides is a lot quieter. The room was large and toilet had a separate door to the bathroom which I thought was practical. The room was kept clean and tidy by the cleaners and towels renewed everyday. The food and drinks on offer were ok. Pastries and fresh bread on a morning were great and the fresh made pizzas on a lunch and dinner time were delicious. The beach is a short walk away- you can get the ‘train’. It is tidy enough and we enjoyed sitting up at the beach bar. People are complaining about the hotel… but I feel they’re not taking into account the money they paid for the holiday… You get what you pay for and in my opinion… I thought it was good value for money.

Very good holiday

Would recomend this hotel for families
Always something to do and the staff are fantastic and so friendly. The annimation team are amazing and the pool bar waiter Haykel was brilliant. We were never left without a drink and he even made me a drink on a day i was unwell and seemed to bring me round in a few hours
