Excellent stay at the Novotel Mohammed V!

I want to express my complete satisfaction regarding my stay at the Novotel Mohammed V. From my arrival to my departure, I was welcomed with great warmth, professionalism, and kindness.
The room was impeccable: perfectly clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. I particularly appreciated the small touches, the bottle of water, the coffee machine, and all the details that make the stay enjoyable.
The service was impeccable at all levels, and the breakfast was particularly plentiful, varied, and of high quality.
I wish to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their smiles, availability, and warm welcome. Each team member contributed to making this experience a memorable moment.
Everything was perfect from start to finish. I congratulate you on the excellence of your service and send a big bravo to the entire team. Looking forward to returning very soon!

A true ambassador of the Novotel brand and Tunisian hospitality!

All the comfort references of the Novotel brand, along with true professionalism, kindness, and a smile (which is starting to be lacking in some hotels in France....)
An exceptional breakfast buffet that could serve as an example and reference for some Novotels recently visited....

Bad hotel experience.

I am really very disappointed and frustrated with this hotel. Today around 5:15 PM, I came to study at the Rooftop. I was very well dressed, chic, elegant, and happy to spend a good time.
Unfortunately, the security guard at the entrance looked me up and down in a humiliating manner. The receptionist at Ibis also told me: "I don't know if they will accept you there."
Because of this discriminatory behavior, I felt very hurt and lost all my focus to study. That is why I paid for my consumption and left the hotel immediately.
The Chef came to apologize, but the damage is done. I ask the management to review the surveillance cameras. Employees must work with more professionalism, and especially with morality and respect for customers.

Do not recommend, outdated and overpriced. The newer Novotel LAC is a much better choice.

It was okay but the staff were inept and they would say whatever they thought you wanted to hear, even when it wasn't true. Consequently, we had to pay for for breakfasts we thought were covered.
