Terrible

The food is good, the rooms good, reception fine
But the area around the restaurant is unbearable due to loud music

Rooms. Are not cleaned, beds are not changed but made, after 6 days same sheets and ! toilet paper not replenish and ask themselves,
Do not replenish clean towel! And dirty towel stays days in on the ground.restaurant flies when eating avoid.
Dead cockroach on the ground and after 6 days that cockroach was still there.
Room booked for 1 person per room and get Only 1 room for 2 people with notice that rooms are full!
No bottle of water in the room,
Handyman in the room without permission while I'm still in the room
And didn't know I was in room!

Where do i start with the room i think fire door broke toilet broke wardrobe broke complained was told to busy to move u to another room ok with in 24hrs was all mended but come on room should have been of for maintaince food well first 2 days ate out as was ramned in restaurant couldnt get in and thats all inclusive food when we did go in was passable pool was ramned couldnt get near it everything shuts by 9 entertainment was none existant so we made the most of a bad week was relaxing in the end day of leavind cat crap on the floir in the hallway and stairs look like it had been there awhile no one cleaned up afyer reporting please if anyone is looking at this hotel dont bother i no it was a budget holiday but come on you expect a bit better than that

Not what you expect, would not recommend

We booked this on the assumption that it was a 4 star hotel and the pictures looked lovely. When we got there, the room we had looked nothing like the pictures and were rather small and cramped (we had a twin room). The cleanliness of the room and hotel in general was not very good. We booked all inclusive and it wasn’t like what we thought it would be. The all inclusive runs from 10am - 10pm everyday. The food from the all inclusive was repetitive and most of it looked or smelled like dog food. We literally could not eat there. Even the bread had to be handled by everyone as you have to cut your slice off yourself and they have no butter for it! They don’t even have ice cream for kids or anything. Very poor spread for all inclusive. In terms of all inclusive drinks, it only includes 4 alcohol types and 3 soft drinks (which were all on tap and flat!) despite being all inclusive, you are very limited to what your able to get for free. Also, don’t worry about staying up later for the hotel entertainment as in the time we were there (1 week), no entertainment was put on at all! The pool is smaller than the pictures suggest and they allow stray cats all in the hotel, including the dining room when food is being served. The hotel is situated near the beach however, you will need to walk about half an hour down the coast to get to any real entertainment. Honestly, the only real positive was the wait staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel. It does not deserve the 4 star status that it has.
