Connect Thermal

The hotel is not bad, but the outdoor pool is quite cold. The lack of complimentary tea service and afternoon snacks/coffee in the half-board option is a major drawback.

Hello,
I've been at Connect Thermal Hotel for 7 months. I stay there every other week, except for Saturdays and Sundays. The staff are excellent and helpful, but there are some management issues.
The room's air conditioner hasn't worked for 20 days. They even said that the entire hotel's air conditioning system was broken and they still haven't been able to fix it. There are 4 fans; whoever grabs them will be left with the money. Despite repeatedly leaving messages for management, no one is paying attention. They sent a fan, but the noise was disturbing the people in the next room. They can't fix the air conditioner, and even though we asked for a cooling fan, they can't put one in the room. Unfortunately, they don't have the funds, so we can't be insistent.
The air conditioners aren't working, the rooms are hot. This is unbecoming of a 5-star hotel.

Nonsense! Staff are never the ones who have an experience with the business. The scent of rutubet at the spa is on the line. We don’t already expect a taste like this. It’s called a hotel that put 2 water in a family room and charged the water demand.

This hotel is 3. From the hotel''s room to the bath to the dining room, the development makes me choose the cleanliness and quality at all times. All employees are attentive and friendly. The food spread is small but delicious, with both the cleanliness of the spa section and the care of the staff a draw. The bowl foam and medical massage I made were really good. Again, thank all of your employees for the successful management
