Super

Every detail of the room is a private area, the amenities are very adequate, the breakfast is quite good, and the pillow options are exceptionally special; it's definitely worth considering.

It was a great experience.

The location, cleanliness, room design, breakfast, and parking were all fantastic. It's a wonderful experience to pamper yourself. I highly recommend this hotel.

Change your card system and don't pretend to turn a blind eye to the known fault.

This is unbelievable. Our 3rd stay is between 20-24.07.2026. The card was changed 6 times on the same day. Despite booking a double room, they tried to give us two single beds. When we objected, they said, "Oh, another room has become available" (our check-in time was 1:00 AM). When I tried to enter the room, the room cards didn't work. The receptionist also asks, with a very arrogant attitude, "Oh, really?", "Did you insert the card into the entrance?" No, I pointed it to the door like a Buddha statue and I'm praying it will open. They print a new card and give it to you, and they also say, "If the card still doesn't work, don't go downstairs, call the red phone opposite the elevator and inform them." It's as if your phone on the first floor is working! I go back down and explain the situation, and it's still asking if I pressed 0??? The staff member is directing Mr. Recep. Thankfully, Mr. Recep checks and confirms the problem, and miraculously, a hotel that previously had no rooms available suddenly has an empty room. 1. Third floor. We're transferring to Kata. The next day, the card still wasn't working, and when we explained the situation, they just replied, "The cards are very delicate, hehehehe." My friend, I'm very sensitive too, but I never neglect my work, anyway, the card is being changed again. I get into the elevator to go up to my room, but the card still isn't working. The "0" button on the left is barely working; I can't press it until I reach the "9" button. Go up to the next level, then down to -1, etc. You've really driven me to the point of being utterly fed up. What can I say to you? Even your colleagues are fed up with this situation and are begging you to complain and get them out of this system.

Oda kartlarıyla ilgili yaşanan teknik aksaklıkların sizde yarattığı rahatsızlığı anlayışla karşılıyor, yaşanan aksaklıkların konaklama deneyiminizi olumsuz etkilemiş olmasından dolayı üzüntü duyuyoruz. Geri bildiriminiz doğrultusunda konu ilgili teknik ekip ve departman yöneticilerimizle paylaşılmış olup, benzer durumların en aza indirilmesi adına gerekli değerlendirme ve iyileştirme çalışmaları sürdürülmektedir.
Ayrıca resepsiyon ekibimizle yaşadığınız iletişim konusunda paylaştığınız yorumlarınızı da dikkatle değerlendirdik. Misafirlerimize her zaman çözüm odaklı, nazik ve profesyonel bir hizmet sunmak en önemli önceliklerimiz arasındadır. Bu doğrultuda geri bildiriminiz ilgili yöneticilerimiz tarafından değerlendirilerek gerekli aksiyonlar alınacaktır.
Süreç içerisinde sorunun çözümüne yönelik gösterilen çabanın da tarafımızca not edildiğini belirtmek isteriz.

Thank you to Ms. Yasemin from Ankara Wyndham.

Last year, in July, we stayed at this hotel for a wedding. We booked about 10 rooms for the whole family and were very pleased. Yasemin, in particular, was very helpful and made us feel at home and special. Thank you for being there. We were so pleased that Ms. Yasemin was there that we chose this hotel again on July 17th and 18th for another wedding with our family and friends. We were comfortable again, and our German guests were also very pleased; their transfers were also provided without any problems. I would like to congratulate and thank Ms. Yasemin of this hotel once again.
