Great all inclusive trip to Antalya
Having gone with my dad to have work done on my teeth, we were really impressed with the hotel. Great location, twin room with a sea view (definitely worth the small upgrade price) and great options for food. All the hotel staff were lovely. Pool was heated and great to have direct access to the sea and floats/life jackets if you aren't a confident swimmer available for you to use for free.
Only small suggestions for improvements would be to have allergen symbols on food labels. As someone who is gluten intolerant, it meant going with what I knew would be gluten free or having to find an English speaking kitchen staff to ask.
Hope to return with my children as they would love the pools and slides - daily Walls ice cream included every afternoon in all inclusive offer was great too!

Holimoon
My new husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, hence the title Holimoon, It was our 4th visit and couldn't have imagined staying anywhere else. We arrived at 2am and were welcomed very warmly by reception and the staff member who helped with our bags to our room were very friendly.
I emailed the hotel 2 weeks before we travelled to request a room in B block. We had a corner room with a sea view, 2403 .
When we went to lunch on our first day we were very warmly welcomed by Mustafa who remembered us this means alot to returning guests, Mustafa is THE best waiter in the restaurant, IMO.
We have zero complaints about the food choices on offer. Plenty of choice from salads to pasta meat and fish choices.
As well as being remembered by Mustafa ,Mehmet on the pool bar also welcomed us warmly.
The entertainment team during the day work very hard to help you gave a fun time too.
The sun deck down by the sea is a nice shady place to spend a day , BUT there are no toilets, there is a bar, It's 120 steps down to the sun deck and no beach . This doesn't bother anyone .
We needed a pharmacy and reception gave us directions to one about 10 minute walk , Phil got attacked by mozzies.
There are cats around the hotel some are friendly others are more shy. So if you really don't like cats stay away from this hotel, although I suspect many hotels have some furry residents .
The little kids seem well catered for too . There is a creche and kiddies pool
The pool is very clean and has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas.
There is a small shop on site , it's a bit pricey. A short walk outside the hotel you will find cheaper options for snacks or energy drinks if you have to have them.
The rooms come with a fridge and water is replaced by housekeeping daily.
All in all the hotel is comfortable clean and welcoming . Many people are here for dental treatment but also others , who like us, stay here because we love it here .
This is my honest review and the mere fact it's our 4th visit and chose to spend our honeymoon here speaks volumes.

Great 4-star experience with wonderful staff and beautiful views
Location
The hotel is located in the Lara district, relatively close to the airport. In the surrounding area, there are tons of shopping malls (e.g., TerraCity), restaurants, pubs, cafes, etc. The city center (Kaleiçi) is easily accessible by bus (which costs around €1), but taxis are also affordable (€8). One of the largest and most beautiful waterfalls (Lower Düden) is about a 45-minute walk away. The neighborhood is pleasant, and the coastal promenade is beautiful. However, you have to get used to the car traffic, as it is quite heavy and follows its own unique rules.
Room
We specifically looked for a room with a sea view, and that is exactly what we got, complete with a small, cozy balcony and a two-person balcony set. The double-bed layout and the furniture, which matched the four-star rating (a fridge [stocked only with water], a desk, and a chair), made the 22-square-meter space feel a bit tight. In return, however, the bathroom was quite large and spacious. The door closer mechanism is rather strong, causing the door to close slowly but slam hard, which could potentially wake up the neighbors.
Spa & Massage
During the unexpectedly cool weather, the small wellness section came in very handy. It is indeed quite small, but every inch of it is fully utilized, featuring 4–5 massage rooms, a sauna, an indoor pool, and a Turkish bath (Hamam). The local staff is very kind. We felt truly refreshed thanks to our therapists, Nardos and Şezle, and the manager of the spa, Yasar, is a kind person with a calming personality that perfectly fits the venue. The massages and other services are reasonably priced and truly guest-oriented.
Beach & Diving Center
There is no sandy or pebbly beach; instead, a long flight of concrete stairs leads from the hotel (which sits on a cliffside) down to the seaside pier, where there was usually enough space for the guests. For those who like to jump or dive straight into deep water, it is excellent. Otherwise, the lack of shallow water can be inconvenient, though this can be supplemented at other city beaches. Lifeguards are on duty, and life jackets are available for guests to use.
The diving center is located in a slightly hidden spot at the edge of the seaside pier. They are a very friendly team. Gabriel, one of the leaders, conducted the training, and Menekşe helped with the diving. Both possess great pedagogical skills. The dive was only €50, which is really reasonable for a one-hour program that includes photos and videos. Furthermore, a very cool variety of marine life unfolded in the coastal waters.
Special Programs
Holidays are celebrated properly here, and the hotel always prepares something special for these occasions. Additionally, guests could sign up for special dinners twice a week—there was an Italian and a seafood night. These were enjoyable a'la carte dinners accompanied by local wines.
Entertainment
We did not take much advantage of it, but the hotel offers several colorful, activity-based programs every day of the week except Sundays. In the evenings, light music and occasional live music entertained the guests.
Meals & Dining
The buffet setup offered a mix of Turkish cuisine and classic continental dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is quite varied for a while, but after a week, it becomes somewhat repetitive. The staff is kind but clearly overworked; as a result, silverware does not always arrive at your table on time, and seating issues occurred in a few instances. That being said, the kitchen and restaurant staff are sweet, kind, and attentive to the guests—after a while, we knew almost all of them by name.
Staff
The hotel employees were guest-oriented, friendly, and courteous at all times. Not everyone speaks English or German, which occasionally made them feel a bit embarrassed, but this was only a minor inconvenience. Everyone, from the cleaning staff to the bartenders and the head waiter, was extremely helpful.
Cleaning & Cleanliness
The rooms and common areas were clean. The only sketchy spot was the centrally located underground restroom block, which was both smelly and dirty. Glasses and silverware also occasionally remained a bit dirty after machine washing, and the cat population, which is an integral part of the city, caused some mess in the yard. However, compared to the general cityscape, this is almost negligible; the hotel overall appeared clean. The lady cleaning our room was exceptionally kind and thorough.
Wi-Fi
Nowadays, staying connected to the world is not a minor detail: Wi-Fi was accessible everywhere across the hotel property and worked perfectly fine.

Great hotel
This was out second time staying here.
Our first time was in January and more recently in May
January was a lot quieter- limited activities this time of year which was fine
Our second visit there were a lot more activities and food/ meal options
We preferred the lunch down the steps - great choice ( a little limited as to what we could eat as we were having dental work)
However there was a choice of mash potato, scrambled egg and soup between 12am -1am
My husband and I were having dental treatment - great location to the clinic!
Staff were friendly and hard working!
Room was cleaned everyday!
Pool area and other seated areas were cleaned and well maintained
We would stay here again

Good for a relaxed stay and dental visits, but be mindful of noise and food
Overall, I had a pleasant stay with some standout positives, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained, and the location is good, with nearby shops and restaurants which makes it convenient for getting out and about.
I was staying here for dental treatment, and there were quite a few other guests doing the same, so the hotel seems to cater well for that type of stay.
A real highlight was the entertainment team, particularly Anastasia. I joined her Pilates session and also tried the music therapy, which was something completely new for me. At my age, it’s not often you get to try something different like that, so I really appreciated the experience, she was great.
The spa treatment itself was very nice and relaxing, but I would advise guests to be aware of upselling. I was encouraged to upgrade to a “medical” package, so just be mindful and stick to what you actually want.
Food in the restaurant was average. There is a decent variety, but it’s not always well labelled and sometimes the food wasn’t as hot as it should be. Service is a bit inconsistent, some staff are excellent and go out of their way to help, while others less so. One server was less helpful and directed me to someone else for water, which wasn’t ideal.
The hotel has also been quite noisy during my stay due to preparations for the summer season, there has been drilling and banging during the day, which can be a bit disruptive.
Room-wise, I stayed in B Block (2115), which is directly above the restaurant kitchen. At night, there is noise from staff working late and moving trolleys around. It also overlooks the Square Bar, so if you’re looking for an early night, this location may not be ideal and I imagine it would be even busier in peak season.
As with many areas in Turkey, there is a call to prayer from nearby mosques, including early in the morning. It didn’t bother me too much, but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.
The bedding could also be improved. The pillows in particular were not very comfortable and felt quite poor quality for a hotel of this standard.
One final point is the all-inclusive offering, which only runs until 11pm. After that, drinks are chargeable, which may not suit everyone.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to those looking for a clean and well-located base with some good activities, but if you’re sensitive to noise, particular about food quality, or expect late-night all-inclusive service, it may not be the best fit.
