Cleanliness
Su Hotel is not clean. We changed rooms once and even asked for extra cleaning, but the new room was still not clean enough.
There are much better 5-star hotels in the city center.

No longer 5 star
This was our third visit to the Su Hotel and unfortunately I have to say that it no longer (in my opinion) a five star hotel. Although the hotel is still stunning and exciting to visit, the little things/extras that you would expect from a five star hotel were not there on this occasion. The staff as always were brilliant and looked after our every need and cannot be faulted in any way. In previous visits the little extras (sunglasses cleaning by the pool, complimentary tea and snacks in the afternoon etc.) made this hotel stand out, but, are no longer offered. The hotel used to have its own private area of beach within 100 yards, but, now has an area of beach that seems to be operated by some other company, which is around 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. This area of beach and its loungers and parasols was dirty and not what you would expect. Overall the Su Hotel is a great hotel with a lot to offer, but, I no longer feel that it is worthy of being 5 star.

Our Family Holiday
If you’re looking for a relaxing resort in Antalya, Su Hotel & Aquapark is definitely worth considering. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The room was a good size and featured a large balcony with a comfortable queen-size sunbed, which was perfect for relaxing. The bedroom included a minibar, safe, queen-size bed, and a sofa that could accommodate up to three people.
That said, some of the room amenities could be improved considering the price. There was no shampoo or conditioner provided in the bathroom, so I would recommend bringing your own. The room also lacked drawers for clothing, with only a small hanging wardrobe available, so be ready to literally live out of your suitcase.
If you prefer to sleep in a completely dark room, you may find the curtains disappointing. They are not true blackout curtains and do not fully cover the edges of the windows, so the room becomes quite bright at sunrise. The room also has several large mirrors on the walls, which create a somewhat unusual tunnel-like effect and, in my opinion, feel unnecessary. The TV is simply a screen placed on the coffee table. It would have been much more practical to mount a flat-screen TV on the wall, perhaps replacing the large mirror facing the bed. the complimentary coffee is also a bit outdated, as there is no expresso machine in the room.
On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of fresh food, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The pool area is very clean and has comfortable sunbeds, making it a great place to spend the day. The Aquapark is conveniently located just behind the pool area, and the beach is only about a five-minute walk away.
Overall, despite a few areas that could be improved, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Su Hotel & Aquapark. The friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean pool area, and convenient location made it an enjoyable experience. A special thanks to Ms. Almaz, the spa Receptionist who was always cheery and very helpful, Ms. Ezra, an amazing Yoga Instructor and last but not least Mr. Ali at front desk for his hospitality. Of course, our appreciations extend to all the hard-working staff at he hotel!

Unforgettable stay at Hotel Su
We stayed at Hotel Su for 10 days (August 3-13, 2026) with my wife and our two children, in room 814. It is really difficult to describe our experience with just a few sentences. Hotellets high quality of service, the staff's thoughtfulness, warmth, and above all the fine personal relationships created during our stay made the time with you unforgettable. From the first day we didn't feel like ordinary hotel guests, but almost like at home. All the staff met us every day with a smile, wished us good morning, and asked if there was anything our family needed. It meant a lot to us.
One of the places our children liked the most was Kids Club. The staff there was really fantastic, and we especially want to thank Gülay for always including our children in games and activities. She played with them, drew and painted with them, and really did everything to make them have fun. Our children were not bored for a single second and wanted to go to the Kids Club every day with a big smile on their faces.
As a parent, there is hardly anything better than seeing your children feel safe, happy, and have fun. The thoughtfulness and love that Gülay showed our children mean a lot to us. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts.
We also want to give a big thank you to Hanife from housekeeping. Every day she cleaned our room with great care and was always kind, happy, and helpful. Thanks to her, our room was always sparkling clean and tidy.
Yasemin also got a special place in our hearts. We met her at breakfast, dinner, and by the pool. Every day she welcomed us with a big smile, took time for our children, played with them, and greeted our whole family with wonderful warmth. In addition to the fine service she gave us, her personality, energy, and genuine care made our vacation even more special. She is truly a wonderful person.
A big thank you also to Gulbakhram for her thoughtfulness, smile, and warmth. She also showed us great kindness and attention throughout our stay.
Guest Relations Manager Ali Bey, Özcan Bey, and Supervisor Yasin Bey also made a very good impression on us through their professionalism and commitment. They were always available, helpful, and especially that they were solution-oriented meant a lot to us.
I also want to write about the food at Hotel Su. The breakfast was really fantastic. The supply, quality, and taste of what was served every morning exceeded our expectations. Even the dinners were fantastic, both in terms of taste and variety. The food was completely magical. We would like to especially thank all the chefs and the entire kitchen team who worked during breakfast and dinner. The work, care, and commitment they put into the food truly deserve recognition. Even though the guests don't always see them, the entire kitchen team has a huge part in the fantastic experience we had. A big thank you to the entire Hotel Su family, but I also want to thank all the employees at Hotel Su whose names we may not be able to mention individually. Every day we met staff who greeted us with a smile, wished us good morning, and asked if there was anything our family needed. It really shows how much the hotel values its guests.
During our 10 days at Hotel Su, we not only received fantastic service. We also had the opportunity to meet many nice people and experience genuine and warm hospitality. That our children also received so much attention, love, and care was particularly valuable to us. I think some things cannot be described, but need to be experienced. The service we received at Hotel Su, the care we were met with, the fantastic food, our children's joy at the Kids Club, and the fine personal relationships we made with the staff are definitely that.
We want to thank Hanife, Yasemin, Gulbakhram, Gülay, Ali, Özcan and Yasin from the bottom of our hearts, as well as all the staff in housekeeping, Kids Club, the kitchen, the restaurant, the pool and the entire Hotel Su.
