Lovely Hotel and Damla is the best!
Review for Perast City Hotel
Hello everyone!
I came back from Turkey about a week ago, and I've finally found the time to write this review.
To be honest, we chose this hotel because we had a limited budget. We're not millionaires, so we were looking for something affordable but still comfortable. We expected a simple place to sleep, but what we got completely exceeded our expectations.
Although this is officially a two-star hotel, it honestly felt much better than that.
The first thing I want to mention is the staff.
We checked in with Damla, and she was, without exaggeration, the highlight of our entire stay. From the very first day she made us feel welcome. We had accidentally booked a room with one double bed instead of two separate beds, and she solved the problem immediately without any complications.
But what made her truly special wasn't just that.
Every single day we had new questions. It was our first time in Turkey, and we didn't know many things: how to use public transport, where to buy the AntalyaKart, where local people eat, which cafés and restaurants were worth visiting, and many other little things that tourists usually struggle with.
Every single time Damla patiently explained everything, gave us recommendations, and genuinely wanted to help. She never looked annoyed or tired. She always smiled, spoke excellent English, and treated us not just like hotel guests, but like people she genuinely cared about.
I honestly don't know how to describe this feeling, but every time I saw Damla, my heart just filled with warmth. She made our vacation so much easier and happier. People like her are the reason guests want to come back.
I'd also like to mention Buse, who helped us during check-out. We only met her once, but she was also very kind and professional.
And there was also the gentleman working at the reception during the night shifts. One late evening he asked me for my room number before letting me in. Some guests might think that's unnecessary, but I actually appreciated it—it showed that the hotel takes security seriously and makes sure only guests enter the building.
Now about the hotel itself.
We were honestly surprised by how beautiful everything looked. The interior is elegant, modern, stylish, and very "Instagram-worthy." After spending the whole day under the hot Antalya sun, walking into a cool, air-conditioned hotel that always smelled fresh was such a wonderful feeling.
Our room had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well. It was also surprisingly quiet—we hardly ever heard other guests.
I especially liked that whenever the room was cleaned, the complimentary water in the mini fridge was refilled. It's a small detail, but details like this really matter.
There are only two tiny suggestions I'd like to leave for the management.
The first one is toothpaste. The bathroom had shampoo, soap, and everything else, but no toothpaste. We had brought our own, so it wasn't a problem at all, but perhaps adding a small complimentary toothpaste would make the experience even better.
The second thing was the mini fridge. It worked, but during the night the light inside was quite bright, so we ended up covering it with a towel before going to sleep. We also weren't always sure whether it was cooling properly. Again, this didn't negatively affect our stay, but I thought it might be useful feedback for the hotel.
Now about breakfast.
For the price we paid, I thought breakfast was excellent.
It's a buffet with a nice variety of food. Some dishes are available every day, while others change, which keeps it interesting if you're staying for several days. I also appreciated that there were both meat and vegetarian options.
I personally was completely satisfied every morning.
My friend, however, joked that she would have loved to see pancakes or fried eggs in addition to the scrambled eggs. That's not really a complaint—just a small idea that could make the breakfast even more enjoyable.
Another nice surprise was that drinks are included, and you can order more than one during breakfast, which was a lovely touch.
Finally, I'd like to say this:
We didn't spend all day in the hotel. We came to Antalya to explore the city, swim, dive, and experience Turkey. What we needed was a clean, comfortable, welcoming place where we could rest after long, wonderful days—and this hotel was exactly that.
We were genuinely amazed by how much atmosphere this place has. It feels warm, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming.
If I ever come back to Antalya, I would happily stay here again without even looking for another hotel.
And one last thank you to Damla.
She wasn't just doing her job. She genuinely made our vacation brighter. She never seemed burned out, never made us feel like we were bothering her, and always helped with kindness, patience, and a smile.

Fantastic hotel
A real fined!
A fantastic hotel. Very clean rooms, very comfortable and really great location for beach and shopping. We have never been anywhere where the staff have SO great always very helpful and friendly (the manager Gamze has a really great team -Buse, Mert , Damla and Nilay the chef all deserve a mention). Very highly recommend stay here - hopefully we will be back. It is officially a bed and breakfast although it is as good as any full-service hotel for an Antalya visit.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Perast City Hotel. There were a lot of ants in the room and in the balcony. I got very disgusted. They left a trash of cigarette smokes in the balcony and there were a lot of aunts around it. The Air conditioner was not working in the hallways. The breakfast was very poor. They didn’t have enough food. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is a nice, quiet and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Perfect location as it takes 5-10 min to walk to the beach. Breakfast was Ok but could be richer . The room was small for 3 people but it was OK.

Great Hotel
It’s a a great location short walk to the beach,bars and restaurants. Romm on the next street has amazing coffee. Rooms modern and very clean, beds a little hard could do with a mattress topper. Staff super friendly, unlike other places I stayed. I had a couple minor issues and they were at the door before I even put the phone down. I am not a breakfast person but had a look, as I had some dental work and could not eat after lunch. For the price of the Hotel there is a reasonable selection, but I did not find much that I could eat! Would suggest to remove the fries and offer scrambled eggs? Couple other suggestions, paper cups in the room for your tea or coffee! Need proper cups, no glass in the bathroom for your toothbrush etc.The tray in the shower is not in a good location you bang your arms on it. I writing this review during my stay. I am on first floor and would recommend a higher floor with from facing room. I would highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely be staying there on my next visit.
