Regnum The Crown
I would like to sincerely thank the Guest Relations team, especially Ms. Shirin, for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
Regnum The Crown is truly a wonderful resort, and apart from the sunbed availability, our stay was excellent. Every hotel may face challenges from time to time; what truly matters is how they are handled.
Ms. Shirin warmly welcomed us, accompanied my family to the reserved sunbeds, and was professional, helpful, and always smiling. I also appreciate the efforts of the Guest Relations team and the management in listening to our feedback and taking meaningful steps to address the issue.
I was pleased to hear that the hotel intends to improve the sunbed management for the benefit of future guests. Thank you once again for your sincere efforts in turning the end of our holiday into a much more positive experience.

Regnum Carya then vs. now
This was our 4th stay at Regnum Carya (2015, 2019, 2025, and now), so we’ve seen how the hotel has changed over the years.
There are still many things we love about this hotel. The nature is beautiful, the grounds are very well maintained, and the sports facilities are excellent. The tennis and padel courts are some of the best, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. The buggy and shuttle service is much better than last year, and the Regnum Assistant on WhatsApp is one of the best services they offer. They reply almost instantly and are always helpful.
At the same time, I feel that since Regnum Crown opened, the quality at Carya has gone down. The food is not as tasty as it used to be, hygiene doesn’t feel at the same level, and the service is no longer as polished or special as I remember from our earlier visits.
One of the main reasons we kept coming back was the entertainment. Regnum used to have amazing parties, but during our 10-day stay this year there wasn’t a single party, only evening shows. That was a big disappointment.
Room cleaning could also be much better. It doesn’t feel as detailed as it used to.
When we first stayed here in 2015 and again in 2019, Regnum Carya really gave us that ultra-luxury feeling. Every part of the experience felt special. Unfortunately, I don’t get that same feeling anymore.
The one thing I really like is that guests can use both hotels and all of their restaurants and facilities. After spending time at Crown, it’s hard not to notice the difference. The food, service and overall quality there feel a level above Carya.
Regnum Carya is still a beautiful hotel, and we’ll probably come back. I just hope they bring back the quality and attention to detail that made this hotel stand out years ago.

*5/5 – Exceptional 10-night family stay*
We stayed at Regnum Carya for 10 nights and had a truly memorable experience.
The staff were wonderful from check-in to check-out. Every person we met was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. A special shoutout to the WhatsApp team – they were amazing. Any question or request was answered almost instantly and sorted with zero fuss, even late in the evening. It made the whole stay feel seamless.
We travelled with our son and the kids’ play area was a big hit with him. It was clean, safe, and well designed. The children’s club staff were also very good. They were patient, engaging, and our son absolutely loved spending time there. Seeing how happy and comfortable he was gave us real peace of mind.
The food was good with plenty of variety, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was very welcoming. You could tell the team puts effort into making families feel at home.
If we could suggest one thing for future guests, it would be clearer communication around facility availability. The adult water park and beach area weren’t open during our stay. We understand closures happen for maintenance or seasonal reasons, and a quick heads-up before arrival would help families plan their days.
Aside from that, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with excellent housekeeping throughout.
After 10 nights, we left feeling like we’d been looked after by friends. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend Regnum to families without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special.

Great hotel with nice heated pools, aquapark and restaurants. Food is truly amazing. We choose pool room and have 2 kids and I don’t recommend these rooms if you have kids. The hotel is huge and hard to walk to pools, beach and other areas from these rooms. Buggies are not available all the time. In fact, for 2 days we couldn’t catch a buggy without waiting at least 20 mins. Other staff helped us a few times to get around and they also helped us complain about this. Next days buggies were fast and efficient. Also, our room pool was not clean when we arrived, next day we asked for it to clean and it was taken care of. Overall great hotel and highly recommend but we had room specific issues. I wouldn’t choose this kind of room again with my kids.
