I would recommend this hotel to anybody, my experience here was atrocious. I arrived to this hotel travelling from Istanbul late at night. Upon arriving my hotel room was dirty. Noone had changed the sheets, bins, cleaned the toilets, picked up rubbish etc. Disgusting
We was sent to another room to change, in there the bathroom tap was broken, stank so bad and dirty.
We were given our room after couple of hours. We were late for our event that we came to batman for. Not happy at all that i had to pay such a price for such a horrible experience. I want a refund and will definitely not be recommending or coming nyself to this hotel again.

Perfect

It is a very clean, very attentive and very nice hotel with everything. I recommend it to everyone who will come to Batman. We came as a team and we had the opportunity to see all the rooms, the rooms were also very nice, and of course, it became our favorite with the smiling faces of all the employees.

Floor bed

Instead of booking a room for 4 people, they arranged a room for 3 people. When I asked for a bed, I waited for a long time and finally a bed arrived, but when I objected that it was placed on the floor without a base, they said that it was busy. Additionally, the bed they placed on the floor without a base was hard and its wires were digging into my back. What is done to this customer is a great shame. If a stranger comes to your house from outside, you will be ashamed to do this. I have attached the photo, you can see it.
