Amazing value for money for a 4star hotel..

Arrived 2nd May in the afternoon, the hotel is still very quiet as they only opened on the 1st.. All the staff are very attentive & nothings too much to ask for when needing anything!
The 2nd pool is where it all happens with English playing music, cocktails & a shop for any extras. The food could do with a better variety as it gets very repetitive but is kept hot. They have 24hr medical care on site he’s called Ahmet & is a lovely guy. A huge shout out to the lady on the “Sunset Bar” whose name in English is “LOVE” makes the best cocktails & works incredibly hard! Myself & my best friend have had a blast..
1 thing I would say is if you’re not very mobile on your legs I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as it’s full of steps & no ramps. The sun loungers are a little uncomfortable but they do the job. Haha Thankyou guys your all the best!

Not A Great First Impression Of Turkey

The first room I had was disgusting. I was upgraded to a better room in the main building comparable to a Travelodge standard. Food was very poor, the worst of any hotel I have stayed in. There was little or no hot water in the shower and many others said this.
Being on 5 levels with no lift access to the restaurant and pool areas it’s no good for people with walking issues as many many steps.
The only good thing was the view from the sunset bar.
I would rate the property overall as a 2 to 3 star at best.

Amazing views

Rooms and are comfortable with really big beds.
Food is very basic and nothing cooked fresh in front of you, would love to see a Turkish night. Egg bar would be good if omelette cooked to order.
The lady at the pool bar called love made our holiday.
Do not come here if you don't like steps as.
this hotel is on a hill side with the most amazing views.
Pool towels not included.
There is a 15 minute walk into town.

Perfect for a short stay!

Hotel only opened the day before we arrived, so relatively quiet still. We've come for 4 days. The rooms are basic but more than enough and if you need anything else (iron, kettle) they are more than happy to help.
Food was a little samey, however I'd like to put this down to it only opening. I'm not sure it would be in high season.
There are a lot of steps, so one to bear in mind. There is a lift in the actual hotel (where reception is) but steps from lift to restaurant/pool/bar.
That said, the staff cannot do enough for you. If you need anything that they don't have, they'll go out the way to get. Huge shout out to 'Love' who works at the pool bar - hands down amazing!!!! Works tirelessly and still full of smiles!!

Not a luxury resort

Food was good although there were flies everywhere. Rooms were horrendous, not a luxury resort. Hotel needs a lot of demo and remodeling, rooms filled with mold, cracks, disease and filth. Room service was non existent - bedding was dirty and was never changed the 7 nights we stayed even on request. I felt bad for the staff on minimum wage working all hours under the intense sun. Russians bullied their way to get served first at the bar - you tend to find them at most budget friendly resorts.
