Beautiful hotel

Two families stayed here last year, and we chose this place because the aqua park was our first choice; it was lovely. The food had a moderate variety and was delicious. The rooms have a pleasant ambiance with a street view. It's preferable.

This was our last trip.

I've been going to this hotel for six years. I will tell you about the hotel in its entirety. We went as a family with our 7 and 3-year-old children. The taste of the food gets worse every year compared to the previous one. I can say that this was the first time we went hungry this year. We stayed for 6 nights and red meat was only served a total of 3 times, and only in the evenings during the last 3 nights. There was practically no meat, and on top of that, the amount of oil they used in the food was so unpleasant... you know how you get that strange taste in your stomach after eating fast food several times in a row? That's how we went around for six days. We mostly ended up eating appetizers. Even that was disturbing. Apart from that, the hotel has a very beautiful beach. The animations were enjoyable. The children had a lot of fun. Gülseren Hanım and Emir Bey from the animation team were fantastic. The pools were clean.

We loved the hotel as a family in every aspect; the food, the pools, the rooms, the snacks, the evening shows – everything made for a wonderful holiday. I highly recommend it.

Terrible and inadequate food problem.

The variety of food is very, very limited. It's impossible to see any meat. They only served meat once, and it ran out in 15 minutes, after which they said there was none left. How can food run out at an all-inclusive hotel? Breakfast and meals are very, very inadequate. We came with ETS, and this is the food at this highly recommended hotel?

I liked it.

With a child - the best place is near the water park, to which guests go for free. Meals all day long, breakfast going to late breakfast, then snack bar, then coffee break muffins and dinner. And even at night the soup, but we never used it. Except they forget to give out toilet paper. The city or market is inconvenient to reach, by taxi or on foot (3 km), but there are guided tours for those wishing to
