Subway Other in November

In November, Bodrum is even more on SeaSoul. We had an incredibly good time. Although we had to take our vacation this year late, we had a full vacation thanks to the hotel’s reception manager, Sister Gözde, and general manager, Sister Melike. The staff and culinary delights were all fantastic. Thank you for everything

STAFF SHORTAGES LEAD TO LOW SERVICE QUALITY.

The service was really bad. 3 staff members were running around aimlessly. If there is a staff shortage, it needs to be addressed. We were expecting service here but were instead given excuses; I don't think we'll choose this place again.

A DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

We came to use the hotel's beach, and there's a minimum spending limit of 1500 TL for the front row sunbeds, which is fine, but we couldn't reach that limit because the service was inadequate. Every time we ordered food and drinks, it took over an hour to arrive; in the end, we had to chase after our own service. For an establishment like this, the quality is truly very low. Many of my friends visited this place on my recommendation, but I will now share the problems I experienced with them as well. We were completely dissatisfied with our last visit.

A hotel with heating issues and no solutions

It was the worst service I have received in my life.
I couldn’t even try the service; I used the hotel just to sleep, but I couldn’t sleep comfortable for two nights. It was because the room was too cold.
On 1/16/2026, when we walked into the lunch room, the room looked like a fridge despite having a blanket. I turned on air conditioning and left my things; when I returned, it was still warm. My friend had had the same problem, so his room had been replaced and he was given a heater. When I asked for the heater, they said, “We only have one, I’ll give you my polar, Newbie washed.” This approach was extremely funny.
I’ve indicated that I can’t sleep this way at night, and I need a heater. It was around 5 p.m. when I said this. I was just called “let’s see.” This “look” was quite lengthy, with heating available from the surrounding markets. But when I returned to the hotel at 12:30 p.m., it was still unresolved.
They called the staff involved during the day as it shifted. Room change was offered, but the standard room was provided. I got a negative response when I asked if I had chosen a deluxe room, specifically with an overtime fee, and whether the difference would be refunded. “We can’t help any other way, we’ll try to set up maintenance for air conditioning tomorrow,” he said.
That night, despite taking the heater from my friend, I could not sleep from the cold again. I was especially incredibly cold after taking a shower. Treatment came the next day but it was said “no problem,” but I returned to the room and the air conditioning kept blowing. It doesn’t really seem to be understood how free air doesn’t have a problem with heating the room.
All I love about the hotel is its proximity to the sea. This is how most hotels in Bodrum do. But would I go again? Never.
My advice for those considering a cold-weather stay: Bring your shovel along and head for the cold. Because a hotel with 28 rooms only has 1 heater, and they’re definitely not solving-focused.
Very unhappy. It was a terrible experience.

Very enjoyable

When we arrived in Bodrum, the hotel used the beach and had a last stay. Everything was great and we had very good memories at sea soul. Love to their friendly staff
