Strategic location.

Strategic location very close to the splendid site of Hattusa. The owner is very nice and attentive to the guests' needs. Simple but decent, clean, and spacious rooms. Dinner in the attached restaurant is of good quality.

Price gouging, no heating, no hot water, shameful.

A true scam: no hot water, no heating, scams during the only dinner where we had to threaten the nice owner who sends these clowns to negotiate the issues resulting from his dishonesty!!! Really a shame, and I have some hotel experiences, anyway.

Deplorable.

We booked a room for one night and paid 80 euros, yet there was neither heating nor hot water, and of course, we were not informed. We had to carry our suitcases up to the second floor without an elevator and no one to help us!!!! The dinner has a prohibitive price of 80 euros for 3 people without dessert or wine, only 2 Turkish beers and an undrinkable ayran. Breakfast was more than frugal! One piece of advice: look elsewhere, especially since there are other hotels nearby. These people are just taking advantage of their geographical location.

You do not need to stay at the hotel to write a review.

Unfortunately, the hotel staff were extremely disrespectful. People who lack moral and ethical standards, who believe they can protect their business by behaving rudely and disrespectfully towards others. You don't necessarily have to stay at the hotel to leave a review or rating. Sometimes, an impression gained from the outside, or information heard from someone, is enough. Their responses to negative comments are already a very clear indication of the mindset and approach they have.

Not Recommendation!!!

It’s a shame! I was sorry that our hotel stayed near such a great place was so poorly managed. I officially slept with the Montla. We froze even when we washed our faces, and there was not even hot water. We locked out the common areas at 8:30 and couldn’t even get water. Their mindsets aren’t obvious...
