Staff was welcoming and breakfast was very good. I only stayed one night so cannot comment on thermal baths. Balcony in room a plus!

It is quite a nice place. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Amenities are useful.

The parking lot is small, but the staff was helpful. I had to park on a nearby street the first night, but Bursa seems like a safe city. Dinner is a fixed menu of soup, salad, main course, dessert and soft drinks. Everything was delicious, the staff helpful, the restaurant has a view of the city. The breakfast was excellent. A cap is mandatory in the pool, if you don't have your own, you have to buy one for €1.

A lovely hotel suitable for families.

We stayed as a family from May 1st to 3rd. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The valet was very helpful when we first arrived at the hotel. When we said we didn't want to give him our car keys for parking, they provided us with a nice parking area in front of the hotel where our car stayed for the duration of our stay. (They said that if you give the valet your car keys, there is a parking lot nearby and they will take your car there). The hotel's heated pool, Turkish bath, and sauna were nice, but the pool was a bit small so you couldn't spend too much time in it. The breakfast, tea service, and coffee service were all excellent. The rooms were clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. We used public transport to get to the center and explored quite a bit without taking our car out. If you'd like to know, there's a covered municipal car park in Bursa city center that you can also use.
