Good quality and cleaner than most 5 star hotels
In one word, it is an excellent hotel, cleaner and more spacious than most 5-star hotels, the staff is very friendly, I was very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone, the view is wonderful, the whole Bursa is under their feet, I congratulate all the staff who operate it.

The worst employees I have ever seen
On 17/02/2024, after the person at the information desk showed the price announcement on a website and confirmed whether we could buy it, I bought the room for 2550 TL.. Then what happened. It can't be at that price, I don't know about such a site, how can a price be given like that? He said the best price is 3100 TL and told me to talk to my manager, but he made us sit at the information desk for 2 hours without doing anything. It is the worst quality hotel and staff I have ever seen. Even though I stayed 10 times, 01-01-2022 was subjected to the same treatment. When I went with my girlfriend, I was deliberately given a room with two separate beds, even though I had booked a single-bed room on the site. Their employees treat you terribly, uncaringly, bigoted, ignorant and in ways that you do not deserve. FYI stay away -5 out of 10

Such a shame!
The Berussa Hotel is a beautiful place & we stayed in Corner Suite 601 - which is has amazing views. The room as well as the hotel is in need of good management. If management does not take the time to repair things that are broken then this hotel will be in big trouble soon. In our suite the shower door seal was broken & so water leaks on to the floor. The shower only has a hand spray which is cheap plastic & difficult to use. All the curtains need to be repaired as they are falling off the runners. The ceiling chandelier only had one little light - the rest were not working or burnt out. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping only cleaned our room once after I complained. We left our room daily from 10- 4pm & no one cleaned our rooms even though we put the cleaning request sign on our door. I was forced to put all our trash in the hallway! I also did not feel welcomed at the breakfast buffet. It was short of staff & no one managing. I wanted an omelet & no one was available at the station & so I helped myself to what was available. The water station was empty & when I asked the cleaning staff (because no one else around) he got me a small bottle. Outside the hotel tiles are falling off & needs repairs. Big changes are needed to the hotel & staff need to care about their guests - especially the cleaning & restaurant staff.

The hotel is well located if you are exploring Mt Uludag as it is on the road up to the National Park above the city and not too far from the Green Mosque and Central Bursa. The rooms are a decent size and mine had a balcony with some great views but they are a little tired and in need of a refurbishment. Food is fairly basic mainly local dishes but well prepared and breakfast has a good variety to suit all tastes but don't expect to have a beer or glass of wine with it as the new owners have turned this into a dry hotel - no alcohol. Wifi was pretty good and reliable and over all not a bad place as a base to explore the area. If you are travelling on business then there are better located hotels nearer the business areas but if you want a quiet retreat after a long day this is not a bad choice as long as you don't want a drink.

Smoking hotel
The view of the hotel in the upper floors are really good but all the floors are smoking floor except the ground floor. Restaurant staff are not trained at all to do their jobs. you can hear the room next to you because of the poor isolation.
