Definitely not recommended for families with children.
When we went down to swim, we were told that children were not allowed to use the main pool. Instead, the small pool area we were directed to lacked sufficient sun loungers and shade. Even worse, it was quite dangerous from a security standpoint: There were loose planks around the pool, and we found objects in the pool itself that posed a direct danger to young children. Most of it is pool tiles, as seen in the picture; we filled an entire bucket with it, which is very dangerous for a small child. The children's pool is right on the beach, and many people coming from the sea clean the sand off their feet in the children's pool.
The main pool was not permitted due to hygiene risks posed by children. Despite explaining that our children use fully leakproof, special pool diapers, this was not accepted, and we were told we could go to the neighboring hotel to swim. It's unbelievable that someone coming on holiday with young children would change hotels or go to a different resort just to go to the pool.
Although the rooms were clean and the rest of the hotel was nice, as a family with children we didn't feel welcome at all. Under the current circumstances, this is definitely not a hotel I would recommend to families with young children.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating at all times. You feel welcome and well taken care of from the very beginning. The cleanliness throughout the hotel and in the rooms was also outstanding.
We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend this hotel to anyone who values peace, comfort, cleanliness, and warm service. We would love to come back!

Friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, the food was good, spa experience is worth recommending; just no toothbrush/paste.
