Great interest.
I'm writing this from the hotel right now. The hygiene, service, and food are all fantastic, in my opinion. Especially the guys in the yellow t-shirts; we nicknamed them "bees," they're so hardworking, I swear to God!

The hotel isn't bad; it offers good value for money. Food options are limited, but the ones available are delicious. It is very close to Karaincir Bay. The cleanliness is pretty good; they didn't clean our room one day, but we didn't make a big deal out of it. The reason I gave a low rating is that we arrived at the hotel at 8:30 AM after a 930 km, ten-and-a-half-hour journey from Bolu. They said check-in is at 3:00 PM; that’s normal since there are other guests in the room, and we came knowing this. However, they said, "Our breakfast service has started; you can have breakfast by paying 1,000 TL per person." Charging for breakfast when we arrived at 8:30 in the morning after a ten-and-a-half-hour journey—with two children aged 8 and 2 in tow—was completely unbecoming of a business owner, a tourism professional, and, above all, our cultural customs and traditions. In our culture, the first thing we ask a visiting guest is whether they are hungry. Apart from that, we go on vacation every year, and given our location, we check into all the hotels in the morning. All the hotels we had previously visited in Datça, Fethiye, Cunda, and Marmaris had offered us breakfast before we even checked into our rooms, so we had assumed this was standard practice. However, upon seeing this hotel's behavior, we better understood their value. God willing, if we have the opportunity, we will continue to go on vacations, but this hotel will not be our choice. I wish them good luck with selling breakfast to hotel guests at 1,000 TL per person.

The sea is magnificent right in front of the hotel. The room I stayed in was lovely. The entire staff were friendly and very helpful. I would like to thank them all individually, including those at the reception. The hotel's food, lacking professionalism and oversight unbecoming of a 4-star hotel, resembled a local diner, serving cold and the same dishes every day. They ignored complaints; the menu on the first day consisted of spinach, dried beans, rice, meat and pea stew, eggplant moussaka, and some of the cold appetizers (with limited variety) were sour and tasted awful. The desserts were limited in variety and very bad. It was a terrible experience. I'd say I went hungry. I only caught fish twice. I will NEVER go there again. This is the first time I've ever left a negative review for a hotel. The food was absolutely terrible.

The hotel reviews are inaccurate. A terrible hotel, a real regret.
Those who wrote positive reviews about this hotel, for heaven's sake, either don't lie, or we simply have no hotel culture. We live in a shanty in Karabakh, and when we saw this place, we were blown away because it was so much nicer than the student dorms.
We stayed in a supposedly large room, but the attic smelled awful, the hotel was dirty, and the food was slightly above average.
The place they call a spa is a small, ridiculous place. We went for a walk outside; Datça is a boring, small place. It was a terrible holiday. The hotel was a disappointment.

Bad stay
I stayed here the other week and it was a very bad place to stay. They treated the staff like slaves with long hours and not enough pay. They were doing every job and it was not good. Not hygienic Place and staff were not clean too. The beach was not clean either with cigarette waste everywhere. Food was not good either, the open buffet was not as advertised.
