We had a great stay at Cinar hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the city center.
We can really recommend the place for a great stay in Erzurum

Simple but good breakfast. Two blocks from a main avenue. And easy walking access to the castle.
The best part of my stay was the interactions with the staff. Always helpful, specially Kerim at the reception

Excellent! Recommended to anyone, rooms are comfortable and quiet, good location close to the city centre, receptionist is remarkably helpful!

Very kind guy at reception. He helped me to find a parking in from of hotel (yet with a big car or if you are not good driver it can be a problem). Free coffe and tea. Breakfast includes two kind of cheese, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, butter and some jams (jams could be better). Room was more than ok for the price. Twin beds, confortable, a small desk and a closet. Bathroom need some maintenance. There is no elevator, for me not a problem, but if it is a problem I suggest you to ask for a room on 1st floor
