Breakfast was clean and sizeable, though be aware that it’s only from 9am to 11am so if you have early activities you’ll miss out on this as a grab and go option is not available.
Room was clean when we checked in but daily cleaning was lacking - our room was only cleaned once during our 4-night stay despite asking for daily cleaning, and we constantly had to ask the reception desk for clean towels, more toilet paper, more shampoo etc. Bed was comfortable but pillows were rather uncomfortable and far too thick.
The room is also quite an unusual layout and there are hardly any places to hang clothes, towels, etc.
Overall it was a pleasant stay in a convenient location but room cleaning and more hooks in the room etc would be appreciated.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel fell well short of expectations. Our room was located at street level, and noise was a constant issue. We could hear conversations, people passing by, and general street activity throughout the day and night, making it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably.
The bathroom offered very little privacy. There was no lock on the door, and the setup felt more like a converted cupboard than a proper bathroom, which was surprising and disappointing.
We also discovered that the mini fridge in our room was not working and had to request a replacement. While the issue was eventually resolved, it’s not something guests should have to deal with upon arrival.
Housekeeping was another major disappointment. Daily room cleaning was advertised, yet our room was not serviced during our stay.
Breakfast was equally underwhelming. The selection was very limited, and basic items frequently ran out without being replenished in a timely manner. It certainly did not meet the standard we expected based on the hotel’s reviews and marketing.
What was most disappointing was the stark contrast between our experience and the glowing reviews online. We rarely leave negative reviews, but given how different our stay was from what we were led to expect, we feel future guests deserve a more balanced perspective before booking.
