Disgrace

Our stay at Finike Marina Hotel, booked through Travel 38 from Kayseri, was a complete disappointment.
The hotel was extremely dirty and poorly maintained; there were still french fries on the floor in our sons' room, the shower stalls were broken, and the air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't working.
When I told Ms. Aslı at the reception that the air conditioner wasn't working, she initially said that a technician would come and check it. The receptionist sitting next to us came up to the room and checked the air conditioner. The air conditioner was on, but it was blowing hot air instead of cold. Even though we set the air conditioner to the cold setting, the situation did not change. So the air conditioner was just working like a fan. Despite this, I was later met with an attitude along the lines of, "He's just working." What difference does it make that he's working? An air conditioner that doesn't produce cool air is meaningless to us.
What was truly unacceptable was Ms. Aslı's extremely rude and disrespectful behavior. He replied, "If it suits you." Speaking to a customer in this manner is absolutely unacceptable!
Moreover, we didn't stay at the hotel even though we had paid for it as part of the tour. We then moved on to the Fortunella Suite Hotel right next door, where we were greeted very nicely, with friendly and respectful gestures.
The staff at Finike Marina Hotel, especially Ms. Aslı at the reception, need to learn from Fortunella Suite Hotel what customer satisfaction and how to treat customers truly mean.
I definitely don't recommend it!

It was a disgusting experience, one of the worst businesses I've ever seen.

We received incredibly poor service. First, the bathroom suddenly started leaking water. On the second day, the shower enclosure glass shattered, and my roommate was in the bathroom at the time. Afterwards, they said they would change rooms to compensate, but the room they called a suite was awful and filthy. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had; none of the food was refrigerated or fresh, it looked like it had been sitting there for a week. Due to my job, I spend a lot of time in hotels, and 12 people experienced the same inconvenience and problems. I will never go there again, and I will email my company to advise them not to choose this hotel.

Just don’t book it! Complete disaster.

The hotel and the rooms are totally outdated and worn out. No trace of cleanliness: In the bathroom, the corners are completely moldy. Because the hotel has hardly any guests due to its poor condition, extremely loud live music for outsiders is played in the bar on the upper floor until 3 AM four days a week. Sleep or relaxation is absolutely out of the question here. The management shows no interest in the hotel guests. Not recommended under any circumstances!

The atmosphere was nice, but nothing could be more ridiculous than telling us there was no tea in the evening while the staff were drinking tea amongst themselves. I understand that customers should have priority, and the lady whose name was Aysel or Asel, I think, wasn't at all friendly; she was insistent and acted as if she was being forced to work. I hope these mistakes are corrected soon. Apart from that, everything else was great.
