Excellent services
It was a great experience, in the dinner area Aysal gave me and my family great services with very energetic and friendly services always cracking jokes and making it a great time for all of us.

Never again
It is fair to say that the location is indeed beautiful.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff still have a long and steep learning curve ahead of them, starting with the reception team. Very few employees speak English, and those who do often have limited proficiency. The reception staff are cold, unhelpful, and seem more focused on rigidly following rules than assisting guests. This attitude appears to apply to everyone except Russian citizens. If you do not hold a Russian passport, do not expect to be treated with the same level of respect.
From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you are made to feel like an outsider. Guests are not allowed to see their rooms before check-in, and the staff either do not understand—or pretend not to understand—reasonable room preferences and requests.
As for the water park, the slides are practically unusable. Waiting times of 30–40 minutes are common because there are simply not enough inflatable tubes available for guests.
The food selection is not particularly varied, although the quality is generally good.
The drinks served at the beach bar and pool bar are local brands and, unfortunately, are of rather poor quality.
Overall, this was an expensive and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly will not be returning.

Interesting!
Lovely hotel much needed holiday. But entertainment bit rubbish events cancelled last minute food and bit hit and miss some staff miserable
