Bad hotel .don't go don't booking

I booked one night in this hotel, it was the worst and bad hotel in all aspects of hygiene and health. There are many insects in the bedrooms. On the part of the administration, it is about people who are dodging and fraudulent with the customer, and it is obligatory to pay the room in cash. Note that I had booked in advance and the payment was made by the bank, i.e. online, but upon my arrival at a hotel, the information worker canceled the reservation, according to what he claims. There were fake reservations. It was funny to me. I used the bank card one after the other, and the card did not work. Please pay attention from the hotel management and reservation before arriving.

The hotel was not same as the photos, it was not clean. the rooms which they showed was not good as it was in the photos. the receptionist was not behaving well and even he wanted to charge me more than what I booked in the website. After I told him that the hotel is not good and I just want to stay for 1 night and tomorrow I will change my hotel, the reception said that it is not possible to stay for 1 night and you booked for 7 nights.
I left the hotel in the midnight and found out another hotel nearby.
thanks
