I was hesitant to rate it 4 because it deserves more than that as the hotel was really above avarege compared to other hotels of it's level but 5 was not earned because the breakfast.
The breakfast did not include omelette or sunny side up eggs. You have to pay extra for it
There was no brown bread and the juice was not good.

Great value with excellent service & location
I had chosen this hotel primarily because of its excellent location, just a short walk from the main tourist attractions in the Sultanahmet area. What made the experience even better, however, was how peaceful it was. I noticed it on my very first night: no noise at all, despite staying on the ground floor (Room L3), which allowed for a truly restful sleep.
Beyond that, the service provided by the entire front desk team was exceptional. I would especially like to mention Abuzer, who was consistently kind, professional, and efficient, as well as his colleagues, all of whom were genuinely committed to providing the best possible service to international guests.
I would also like to compliment the waiter, a middle-aged (or slightly older) gentleman who always served guests with a warm smile and remarkable enthusiasm. His attitude and dedication were on par with the finest hotels in the world—truly impressive.
I highly recommend this hotel.
P.S. After checking out, I realized that I had accidentally left my ring and earrings in my room. Even though I had already departed, the front desk staff stayed in close contact with me via WhatsApp, responding quickly and doing everything they could to help. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist made this hotel an even more trustworthy choice—one I would gladly return to and confidently recommend to other travelers.

We loved the hotel! The staff were very helpful particularly the door person with glasses & the rooftop barman! The room was nice & clean although i had requested twin beds for 2 of the rooms & neither had this but we managed! Bathrooms lovely & buffet breakfast very good with something to suit everyone! The rooftop barman was very relaxing although it wasn’t always staffed & there was a shortage of wine. Lots of spirits though! The only negative point was when we were checking out the staff member insisted on charging for a stain on the bed linen & towel which was from my friends hair. She explains this can happen but a standard washing machine removes the stain. He responded by saying the stain couldn’t be removed & we had to pay an amount for this!☹️ this put a bit of a dampener on our experience!

From the minute we arrived until we left the staff could not do enough for us. Always smiling. Always helping. They treated us more like friends. The breakfast was excellent. We did not have any treatments so cannot comment on these. We drank in the bars and again the barman was friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Situated in the old part of the city the hotel was 10 minutes walk away from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar and other attractions. I would definitely recommend.
