Great Experience
Great experience.
Very convenient.
Blue Mosque is literally two minutes walk so is Aayasofia.
Very friendly staff. Specifically the hotel manager Mohammed very helpful. He guides you properly so you don’t get ripped off as a tourist.

DO NOT STAY HERE as a Solo Woman
Where to begin. DO NOT STAY HERE. Room I paid for, I never got to be in as the circuit breakers kept popping and one socket caught fire. Manager was aware of the issue in this and adjoining room as it is stated in the prior stays review. Adapter blown out and was told they would replace it and never did.
-Moved to a room at the BACK of the hotel, shower ceiling falling in, toilet flusher buttons not working, sink faucet leaning and totally loose when trying to use it, shower connections sprayed water everywhere but on you.
-Room over looked a balcony full of mop buckets and a lower roof piled high with garbage and assorted trash, a lot of it! Not a view of the Mosque Paid For.
-Paid extra for a room with a view of the Blue Mosque and ac, received NEITHER. Asked repeatedly for the ac remote and was told over and over okay, yes and never given one. Seems to be what they do, appease the guest with words and NO FOLLOW THRU. Once they have your money you are at their mercy. Mgr tried to say he had someone bring up the ac remote and that was untrue as I was in the room the entire time he said it was placed there. Hot hot hot in the room.
-Booking.com on a recorded call on their end and mine where told repeatedly that the hotel would refund the last night as I gave up on this hotel and left before check out time (video proof) and went to a hilton for ac and a working toilet. So far after 4 months no refund and Booking.com has done nothing. Have not used Booking.com since, no feedback at all from them.
DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. Do not trust the so called nice reviews. New management does not care about anything but money.
Also do not use them for airport pick up. What a cluster if you know what I mean. That was a precursor as to what was to come. Had to formally take a taxi. Mgr tried to say I was picked up and in his car and I said, "really? I am in a taxi!" He was quiet after that. They cannot accept they have issues at this hotel or that they are misrepresentation what you actually get. They also cannot admit fault...

We couldn't sleep the last 2 nights
Because the toilet's extractor fan becomes noisy, unfortunately they don't fix it until we leave.
We booked through booking.com, when we told the managers we were not happy he showed our booking as not arrived. So we couldn't be able to write a review.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to! Terribly rude staff! Unsafe and dirty!
Really bad experience at this hotel! The receptionist is never there at night! No security whatsoever! We literally got harassed by an unidentified person who followed us inside the hotel, there was no one there at the reception! We had to call the police to rescue us with our 1 year old baby! No sense of responsibility whatsoever! Highly disappointed! Also, they expect us to clean and do their job, giving us lecture on how to maintain the room when it’s literally their job to maintain and tidy up after every guest! No sense of cleanliness themselves tbh I saw old rotten food under the bed, broken washroom cabinets and windows! On top of all this the reception guy was too rude and because of him my first impression of Turkey was that all men are aggressive, mean and proud here! However, this impression changed as soon as we left this horrible hotel! Even 1 star is not a proper rating! It seems that they rate themselves with good reviews I highly doubt someone has had a good experience here! The washroom has a really bad stink to it, the running water in the sink also smells, no microwave and first and foremost no safety! Save your money, you can get a better and safe accommodation with this kind of money at a better hotel! This hotel in particular have such scammers!

The best thing is the location
The hotel impresses with its location. Within walking distance of the most important sights and a magnificent view from the roof terrace, which is also the breakfast room.
The staff were very friendly and the owner stayed longer to welcome us after a very delayed flight. It was half past three in the morning. We were surprised that the reception was not open 24 hours, contrary to the advertisement on a booking platform. Due to our late flight, this was a reason for choosing this hotel.
The room was functionally furnished. However, there were some shortcomings in the details. My wife noticed hair on the floor.
The breakfast was a disappointment for me.
