Artefes Istanbul, thank you Onurcan

Hello.
Do not hesitate to visit this hotel close to the mosques and tourist sites within walking distance.
A thousand thanks to the staff, as if we were family. Always helpful, Ozgur Bekir at the reception, the service ladies, and a very special mention to the young man who was always polite and smiling every morning at the restaurant, Onurcan.
Very beautiful view of the sea and the mosque.
Thank you to the Artefes hotel for our stay in Istanbul.

A Pleasant Stay with Excellent Staff

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was pretty good, clean, and comfortable, making the stay enjoyable. The breakfast was decent, with a reasonable variety of options.
What really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. Mr. Ibrahiam from the Reception team was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. Mr. Ounur from the Bell Boy team was also excellent, very attentive, and always ready to assist whenever needed.
Both of them made a positive difference to my experience and deserve special appreciation for their excellent hospitality and helpful attitude. Overall, I had a good experience and would be happy to recommend the hotel.

Özgür was amazing! We booked our Bosphorus tour here, and they also arranged a taxi for us. Everything was very convenient and well organized. Özgür was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience so easy. Highly recommended!
